- 超音波器械(212;412)であって、
近位端を有するハウジング(222;422)であって、前記ハウジングは、固定ハンドル(228;428)を有する、ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング(222;422)に旋回式に連結された可動ハンドル(236;436)と、
超音波変換器(230;430;630)であって、前記超音波変換器(230;430;630)が、前記ハウジング(222;422)内に支持され、かつ、前記ハウジング(222;422)の前記近位端から延びるように、前記ハウジング(222;422)に取り付け可能である、超音波変換器と、
前記ハウジング(222;422)から遠位に延びている細長い本体部分(224;424)と、
前記細長い本体部分(224;424)の遠位端に配置されたジョー組立体(232;432)であって、前記ジョー組立体(232;432)は、前記可動ハンドル(236;436)の移動によって移動させられるかん子(260;460)を有し、前記ジョー組立体(232;432)は、切断ジョー(258;458)を含む、ジョー組立体と、
前記細長い本体部分(224;424)を通って延びている振動カップラ(250;450)であって、前記振動カップラ(250;450)は、前記超音波変換器(230;430;630)に作動的に係合するように構成された、遠位端(256)および近位端(252;452)を含む、振動カップラと
