Claims (13)
- 複合材料製品(44、48、52)の製造方法であって、少なくとも以下の操作工程、即ち、
1又は複数のインサート(1、2)を備える少なくとも1のプラスチック材料製のスペーサ(7)を成形し、
前記スペーサ(7)を少なくとも備える少なくとも1の複合材料製品(44、48、52)を成形し、その後
前記インサート(1、2)の少なくとも1つ(1)に少なくとも1のねじ穴(45)を形成するために機械的加工を施すこと
を含み、前記インサート(1、2)が、1又は複数の補助金型(3、4)内で前記スペーサ(7)と共に成形されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記スペーサ(7)を成形する際に、前記インサート(1、2)が前記補助金型(3、4)の少なくとも1の機能表面と接することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スペーサ(7)を成形する際に、プラスチック材料を硬化させるために前記補助金型(3、4)を加熱し、その加熱の間、前記プラスチック材料を前記補助金型(3、4)中に均一に分配させるために前記補助金型(3、4)を回転させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記補助金型(3、4)は、前記インサート(1、2)を所定の位置に保持させるための突起(5)及び/又はシート(6)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記インサート(1、2)は、前記突起(5)及び/又は前記シート(6)上の所定の位置に摩擦により保持されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記突起(5)は、インサート(1)中に形成された対応する穴(9)に挿入するために適したピンであることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- ねじ穴(45)を備えるインサート(1)が前記複合材料製品(44)に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記複合材料製品(44)の壁部(10)が、ねじ穴(45)を備えるインサート(1)を覆うことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- インサート(1)の前記機械的加工の際、前記複合材料製品(44)の壁部(10)にその中にねじ穴(45)を形成するために穴を開け、前記複合材料製品(44)の壁部(10)に開けられた穴が、インサート(1)のねじ穴(45)と位置合わせされて同じ直径を有するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック材料製のスペーサ(7)が、硬化中に膨張する材料から作製されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック材料製のスペーサ(7)が、エポキシ発泡体から作製されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 複合材料製品(44)であって、少なくとも1のねじ穴(45)を備えた少なくとも1のインサート(1)を備える少なくとも1のプラスチック材料製のスペーサ(7)を含み、前記複合材料製品(44)の壁部(10)がこのインサート(1)を覆い、この壁部(10)が、前記ねじ穴(45)と位置合わせされて同じ直径を有する穴を備え、前記インサート(1)が、前記壁部(10)によって覆われた穴(9)を更に備えることを特徴とする複合材料製品。
- 請求項12に記載の複合材料製品を備えることを特徴とするモノコック構造のシェル(48)又はルーフ(52)。
