Description
本発明は、生体吸収性ポリマー医療器具、特に、ステントによる血管の治療方法に関する。
本発明は、身体の管腔内に留置するように構成された、半径方向に拡大可能な体内人工装具に関する。「体内人工装具」は、体内に配置される人工器具に相当する。「管腔」とは、血管などの筒状器官の空洞を指す。ステントは、そのような体内人工装具の一例である。ステントは、一般に円筒状の器具であり、血管又は尿管及び胆管などの他の解剖学的管腔の一区域を開放状態に維持し、時には拡大するように機能する。ステントは、血管内の粥状硬化性狭窄の治療に使用されることが多い。「狭窄」とは、体内の通路又は開口を狭く又は圧縮することを指す。そのような治療では、ステントは、体内の血管を補強及び脈管系の血管形成術に伴う再狭窄を予防する。「再狭窄」とは、血管又は明らかに成功した治療(バルーン血管形成術、ステント留置法、又は弁形成術による)後の心臓弁の狭窄の再発を指す。
冠動脈は、一般に、酸素を含んだ血液を心筋に供給するために大動脈から枝分かれしている動脈を指す。末梢動脈は、一般に、心臓及び脳の外部の血管を指す。
ステップ2 クロロホルムを蒸発させて、25重量%LLAを含むPLLAとLLAの均一な混合物を形成する。
ステップ3 25重量%LLA混合物を390gのPLLAと押出機でブレンドし、0.5重量%LLAを含むPLLAを得る。
ステップ2 その溶液を1kgのPLLAペレットに吹付け、撹拌する。
ステップ3 ペレットを真空オーブンに入れて、溶媒を除去する。
ステップ4 ペレットを押出機に入れ、0.5重量%のLLAを含むチューブを形成する。
Claims (11)
- LLAモノマーの重合反応によって、LLAモノマー含有率が4重量%超のPLLAポリマー材料を作製するステップと、
前記PLLAポリマー材料を処理して、前記LLAモノマー含有率を0.01〜2重量%に削減するステップと、
処理した前記PLLAポリマー材料からポリマー製ステント本体を作製するステップと
を含み、
前記重合反応によって前記PLLAポリマー材料を作製するステップが、
160℃未満の反応温度で前記重合反応を第1の期間実行するサブステップ、続いて
180〜200℃の間の温度で前記重合反応を実行して、4重量%超の前記LLAモノマー含有率を有する前記PLLAポリマー材料を得るサブステップ
を含む、ステントの製作方法。 - 前記重合反応の温度を調整して、4重量%超の前記モノマー含有率を得る、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 処理する前記ステップが、前記モノマー含有率を削減する溶媒を使用して、合成された前記PLLAを処理するサブステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 処理する前記ステップが、前記PLLAポリマー材料を曝露することによって、前記材料からLLAモノマーを抽出する、液体溶媒抽出プロセスを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 処理する前記ステップが、超臨界CO2抽出法及び真空/高温抽出法から成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 処理された前記PLLA材料が0.01〜1重量%のLLAモノマー含有率を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 処理された前記PLLA材料が0.01〜0.5重量%のLLAモノマー含有率を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- LLAモノマーの重合反応によって、LLAモノマー含有率が0.5重量%未満のPLLAポリマー材料を作製するステップと、
前記PLLAポリマー材料の反応温度を高めて、前記PLLAの0.01〜2重量%の目標LLAモノマー含有率まで前記モノマー含有率を増加させる、解重合を引き起こすステップと、
増加した前記モノマー含有率を有する前記PLLAポリマー材料からステント本体を作製するステップと
を含む、ステントの製作方法。 - 前記温度を目標温度まで高め、反応時間を調整して、前記目標モノマー含有率を得る、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記反応温度を、120〜140℃の範囲内の温度から180℃を超える範囲内の温度まで高める、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記PLLAの0.05〜1重量%の目標LLAモノマー含有率まで前記モノマー含有率を増加させる、請求項8に記載の方法。
