Claims (25)
- 眼科システムであって、
当該眼科システムと眼とを整列させるように構成されたドッキング・ユニットと、
前記眼の内部構造の画像を生成するように構成された画像化システムと、
画像化コントローラであって、
走査パターンのための走査データを計算するプロセッサと、
該プロセッサからデータ・バッファへの前記計算された走査データの転送を部分的に管理するローカル・メモリ・コントローラであって、前記データ・バッファは前記走査データを記憶し且つ該走査データを出力するように構成される、ローカル・メモリ・コントローラと、
前記データ・バッファにカップリングされていて、選択された走査データをアナログ走査信号に変換して該走査信号を出力する出力デジタル−アナログ変換器と
を含む画像化コントローラと
を含み、
当該眼科システムは、前記生成された画像に関連して前記ドッキング・ユニットと前記眼の内部構造との整列を改善し、且つ前記ドッキング・ユニットを前記眼にドッキングさせるように構成される、眼科システム。 - 前記眼のフィーチャに対して当該眼科システムのターゲット・パターンを整列させるように構成された第1画像化システムを含み、前記眼のフィーチャは、虹彩、瞳孔、角膜、角膜輪部、若しくは水晶体の領域の中心、又は前記虹彩、前記瞳孔、前記角膜、前記角膜輪部、若しくは前記水晶体の領域に関連する円形編成のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載の眼科システム。
- 前記第1画像化システムは顕微鏡又はビデオ顕微鏡のうちの一方であり、
前記眼科システムのターゲット・パターンは、コンタクト・レンズの中心、前記ドッキング・ユニットの中心、ドッキング・サークル、又はドッキング・クロスヘアのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項2に記載の眼科システム。 - 画像を生成するように構成された第2画像化システムであって、光コヒーレンス・トモグラフィ画像化システム、及び前記眼の内部構造を画像化するように形成された画像化システムのうちの一方である第2画像化システムを含む、請求項1に記載の眼科システム。
- 当該眼科システムは、前記生成された画像から、前記眼の内部構造に関する位置情報を抽出し、且つ、該抽出された位置情報に関連して、前記眼又は前記ドッキング・ユニットのうちの少なくとも一方の位置を調節するように構成される、請求項1に記載の眼科システム。
- 当該眼科システムは、前記生成された画像から、前記眼の内部構造に関する方向情報を抽出し、且つ、該抽出された方向情報に関連して、前記眼又は前記ドッキング・ユニットのうちの少なくとも一方の方向を調節するように構成される、請求項1に記載の眼科システム。
- 前記プロセッサは、直線パターン、円形パターン、楕円形パターン、ループ・パターン、円弧パターン、ラスターパターン、x−yパターン、クロスヘア・パターン、星パターン、らせんパターン、及び中心から離れた点を有するパターンのうちの少なくとも1つを含む走査パターンを実行するように構成される、請求項1に記載の眼科システム。
- 前記プロセッサは、該プロセッサによって同期信号を前記走査データ内に含むように構成される、請求項1に記載の眼科システム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記走査パターンの出発点を前もって設定された点に接続するホーミング・パターンに対応するホーミング・データを計算するように構成される、請求項1に記載の眼科システム。
- 前記走査データを記憶するように構成されたプロセッサ・メモリと、
該記憶された走査データを、前記プロセッサ・メモリから前記データ・バッファへ転送することを部分的に制御するように構成される専用メモリ・コントローラと
を含む、請求項1に記載の眼科システム。 - 前記専用メモリ・コントローラはダイレクト・メモリ・アクセス・エンジンを含み、前記データ・バッファは先入れ先出し型メモリを含む、請求項10に記載の眼科システム。
- 前記データ・バッファは、前記走査データを出力モジュールに高速データ転送モードで出力するように構成される、請求項1に記載の眼科システム。
- 前記データ・バッファは、前記専用メモリ・コントローラと前記プロセッサとを接続するバス、前記プロセッサ・メモリ、又は前記プロセッサのうちの少なくとも1つを通して前記走査データを送信することなく前記走査データを前記データ・バッファから出力するように構成される、請求項10に記載の眼科システム。
- 前記データ・バッファは、
画像を処理することと、
走査パターンに対応する走査データを計算することと、
制御機能を果たすことと
のうちの少なくとも1つを前記プロセッサが実施するのと並行して、前記走査データを出力するように構成される、請求項1に記載の眼科システム。 - 前記データ・バッファは、別のシステム・エージェントによる割り込みなしに出力モジュールによって前記走査データを受信し、このことによって、前記走査データのジッターを40マイクロ秒未満に維持するように構成される、請求項1に記載の眼科システム。
- 前記出力デジタル−アナログ変換器は、前記走査データをアナログ走査信号に変換するように構成される、請求項1に記載の眼科システム。
- 走査コントローラ及び画像化シンクロナイザであって、
同期信号を含む前記出力された走査信号を該走査コントローラ及び画像化シンクロナイザによって受信し、
前記走査信号に従って該走査コントローラによって前記1つ以上のスキャナを繰り返し調節することにより、画像化ビームを走査し、且つ、
前記同期信号に従って該画像化シンクロナイザによって画像化カメラを繰り返し同期させるように構成される走査コントローラ及び画像化シンクロナイザを含む、請求項1に記載の眼科システム。 - 前記走査コントローラは少なくとも1つのガルボ・コントローラを含み、
前記画像化シンクロナイザは少なくとも1つの眼科用コヒーレンス画像化カメラ・コントローラを含む、請求項17に記載の眼科システム。 - 画像記録装置の積分時間が画像化システムの動作速度の制限因子である、請求項1に記載の眼科システム。
- 前記走査信号は、1Hz〜1MHz、100Hz〜1MHz、又は1Hz〜100kHzのうちの1つの範囲内のレートを有する、請求項1に記載の眼科システム。
- 前記出力デジタル−アナログ変換器は、前記走査信号の出力の出力レートを調節するように構成される、請求項1に記載の眼科システム。
- 前記ドッキング・ユニットは、ガントリ又は多関節アームを動かすことを介して移動可能である、請求項1に記載の眼科システム。
- 当該眼科システムは、前記ドッキング・ユニットが前記眼と接触する前に、前記ドッキング・ユニットが前記眼と接触した後であるが、前記ドッキング・ユニットに部分真空を適用する前に、又は部分真空を適用した後に、前記整列を改善することを開始するように構成される、請求項1に記載の眼科システム。
- 当該眼科システムは、前記ドッキング・ユニットの参照点と前記眼の外層との間の距離を検知し、且つ、該検知された距離に従って前記ドッキング・ユニットを降下させるように構成される、請求項1に記載の眼科システム。
- 前記参照点が調節可能である、請求項24に記載の眼科システム。
