−ホスホン酸もしくはそれらの塩またはホスフィン酸もしくはそれらの塩、例えば、ホスフィン酸の亜鉛、マグネシウム、カルシウム、アルミニウムまたはマンガン塩、特にジエチルホスフィン酸のアルミニウム塩またはジメチルホスフィン酸の亜鉛塩、
−環式ホスホネート、例えば、環式二リン酸エステル、例えば、Antiblaze 1045、
−有機ホスフェート、例えばトリフェニルホスフェート、

*窒素を含んでなる有機化合物型の難燃剤、例えば、トリアジン、シアヌル酸および/またはイソシアヌル酸、メラミンまたはその誘導体、例えば、メラミンシアヌレート、メラミンオキサレート、フタレート、ボレート、スルフェート、ホスフェート、ポリホスフェートおよび/またはピロホスフェート、縮合メラミン生成物、例えば、メレム、メラムおよびメロン、トリ(ヒドロキシエチル)イソシアヌレート、ベンゾグラナミン、グアニジン、アラントインおよびグリコールウリル。
*ハロゲン化誘導体を含んでなる難燃剤、例えば、

−マスターバッチ:20重量%のフェノール−ホルムアルデヒド/80重量%のグラファイト
−アルミナ(酸化アルミニウム)KAM

Claims (10)
- 少なくとも、組成物の全重量に関して表わされる重量パーセントで、
a)ポリアミドマトリックスと、
b)2重量%〜20重量%のアルミナと、
c)20重量%〜50重量%のグラファイトと、
d)5重量%〜40重量%の難燃剤系と
を含んでなる組成物。 - 組成物の全重量に関して、20重量%〜80重量%のポリアミドを含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 20重量%〜40重量%のグラファイトを含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記グラファイトが、樹脂中のマスターバッチの形態で前記組成物に添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記難燃剤系が、リンを含んでなる難燃剤、窒素を含んでなる有機化合物型の難燃剤およびハロゲン化誘導体を含んでなる難燃剤よりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の難燃剤を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記難燃剤系が、少なくとも1種のホスホン酸もしくはその塩、または1種のホスフィン酸もしくはその塩を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 繊維充填材および/または非繊維充填材を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物から得られる発光ダイオードに関連する部品。
- 前記組成物を押出成形、成型または射出によって成形することによって製造される、請求項8に記載の部品。
- 少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードと、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物から得られる1つの部品とを含んでなる照明デバイス。
