Description
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも2つの金属部分を備えるハイブリッドコンポーネントを他のコンポーネントに接合する方法であって、
前記ハイブリッドコンポーネントが、第1の金属部分における取り合い面に少なくとも1つの肉眼で視認可能な取り合い特徴部を形成することにより、当該第1の金属部分を準備するステップと、前記第1の金属部分をモールド内に位置決めするステップと、金属粉体を前記モールド内及び前記取り合い特徴部の周りに導入するステップと、前記金属粉体を熱間静水圧プレス(HIP)プロセスにより固結させて、前記取り合い特徴部を封入する第2の金属部分を形成し、前記コンポーネントの前記第1の金属部分と前記第2の金属部分との間に機械的接続を提供するステップと、を含む方法により形成され、
前記ハイブリッドコンポーネントの前記第1の金属部分における他の取り合い面から延びる突起の配列を形成するステップと、
前記突起を前記他のコンポーネントに埋め込むステップと、
を有する、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記取り合い特徴部は、前記取り合い面上で、エネルギー及び/又は材料を前記取り合い面に指向させることによって成長する各層を含む一連の層状に成長する、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記取り合い特徴部は、機械加工により形成する、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記取り合い特徴部は、尖端を有する、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記取り合い特徴部は、前記取り合い面から延びる突起の配列である、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記取り合い特徴部は、複数の枝を有する樹状突起である、方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記第1の金属部分の材料は、前記第2の金属部分の材料よりも高い融点を有する、方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記第1の金属部分の材料は、前記第2の金属部分の材料よりも高いヤング率、耐食性、又は破壊靭性を有する、方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記第2の金属部分は、前記HIPによる固結により高密度にする、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記取り合い特徴部は張出部を有する、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記突起は、前記第2の金属部分の形成前又は形成後に前記第1の金属部分の前記第2の取り合い面に形成する、方法。
- ハイブリッドコンポーネントと別のコンポーネントとの間の継手であって、
前記ハイブリッドコンポーネントは、少なくとも2つの金属部分を備え、
第1の金属部分が、前記第1の金属部分の取り合い面に形成した少なくとも1つの肉眼で視認可能な取り合い特徴部を有し、第2の金属部分が、金属粉体を前記取り合い特徴部の周りで熱間静水圧プレスプロセスにより固結させることにより形成されて、前記第1の金属部分と前記第2の金属部分とが機械的に接続され、
前記ハイブリッドコンポーネントの第1の部分は、その第2の取り合い面から延びる突起の配列をさらに備え、前記突起の配列が、他方のコンポーネントに埋め込まれる、継手。 - 請求項12に記載の継手において、前記他方のコンポーネントは複合コンポーネントである、継手。
- 請求項12又は13に記載の継手において、前記他方のコンポーネントは積層コンポーネントである、継手。
- 請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の継手において、前記取り合い面は前記第1の金属部分の両面にある、継手。
