Description
タービン翼シェル用の型に繊維マットを備えること、
強化用部材を該型の中の該繊維マット上に置くこと、
空気不透過性封止膜を該繊維マット上にかつ該強化用部材にもたれかけて置くこと、
減圧下において該強化用部材の下側の領域を含め該繊維マットの中に硬化性樹脂を導入すること、
該樹脂を硬化させてタービン翼半体を形成すること、ここで、前記タービン翼半体は該強化用部材に付着されたタービン翼シェルを具備する、
の工程を包含する、前記方法を提供する。
細長いベース、
上記細長いベースの反対側の縁に上記細長いベースから延在する2つの長手方向の壁、
を有して使用され、
各長手方向の壁はそれぞれの壁から延在する1つのフランジを有し、該フランジは互いに離れて延在する。
タービン翼シェル用の型に繊維マットを備えること、
ベース、上記ベースから延在する壁、および該壁が該繊維マットを越えて前記ベースから延在する場所と反対の上記壁の縁で上記壁から延在するフランジを備える強化用部材を該型内に置くこと、
空気不透過封止膜を該繊維マット上にかつ該強化用部材にもたれかけて置くこと、
減圧下において該強化用部材の下側の領域を含め該繊維マットの中に硬化性樹脂を導入すること、
該樹脂を硬化してタービン翼半体を形成すること、ここで、上記タービン翼半体は該硬化樹脂によって該強化用部材に接着されたタービン翼シェルを備える、
によって得られ、該タービン翼半体は、第2のタービン翼半体に、両半体の該2つの前縁および前記半体の該2つの後縁が接続されかつ該第1のタービン翼半体の該強化用部材の該フランジが該第2のタービン翼半体に接続されるように、接続される、上記方法に関する。
Claims (12)
- タービン翼半体(1、2)を樹脂注入成形によって製造する方法であって、
タービン翼シェル(11)用の型(3)に繊維マット(4)を備えること、
強化用部材(6)を該型(3)の中の該繊維マット(4)上に置くこと、
空気不透過性封止膜(17)を該繊維マット(4)上にかつ該強化用部材(6)にもたれかけて置くこと、
減圧下において該強化用部材(6)の下側の領域を含め該繊維マット(4)の中に硬化性樹脂を導入すること、
該樹脂を硬化させてタービン翼半体(1、2)を形成すること、ここで、前記タービン翼半体(1、2)は該硬化された樹脂によって該強化用部材(6)に付着されたタービン翼シェル(11)を具備する、
の工程を包含する、前記方法。 - 該強化用部材は硬化された樹脂を備える繊維強化された部材である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該繊維強化された部材は、ベース(7)を備え、一方、表面積を増加させるライナーが該ベースに対して存在し、該繊維強化された部材は硬化された樹脂であり、また該方法は該型(3)内の該繊維マット(4)上に該強化用部材を置く前に該ライナーを除去する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該強化用部材(6)は、細長いベース(7)、前記ベース(7)から延在する長手方向の壁(8、8’)、および該壁(8、8’)が該ベース(7)から延在する場所と反対の前記壁(8、8’)の縁で前記壁(8、8’)から延在するフランジ(9、9’)を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 強化用部材(6)は、
細長いベース(7)、
前記細長いベース(7)の反対側の縁に前記細長いベース(7)から延在する2つの長手方向の壁(8、8’)、
を有して使用され、
各長手方向の壁(8、8’)は、それぞれの壁(8、8’)から延在する1つのフランジ(9、9’)を有し、該フランジ(9、9’)は互いに離れて延在する、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 該タービン翼シェル(11)は前縁(18)および後縁(19)を有し、そして、該フランジ(9、9’)は該ベース(7)から見て外側を向くフランジ領域(20、20’)を有し、前記フランジ領域(20、20’)は該前縁(18)と該後縁(19)とによって規定される平面内にある、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 該強化用部材(6)は、両面シーラント層(10、10’)で封止膜(17)に付着される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法を使用して製作されうるタービン翼半体。
- 前縁および後縁を有する風力タービン翼(123)の製造方法であって、タービン翼半体(1)は、
タービン翼シェル用の型に繊維マットを備えること、
ベース、前記ベースから延在する壁、および該壁が該繊維マット上を越えて前記ベースから延在する場所と反対の前記壁の縁で前記壁から延在するフランジを備える強化用部材を該型内に置くこと、
空気不透過性封止膜を該繊維マット上にかつ該強化用部材にもたれかけて置くこと、
減圧下において該強化用部材の下側の領域を含め該繊維マットの中に硬化性樹脂を導入すること、
該樹脂を硬化してタービン翼半体を形成すること、ここで、前記タービン翼半体は該硬化された樹脂によって該強化用部材に接着されたタービン翼シェルを備える、
によって得られ、該タービン翼半体(1)は、第2のタービン翼半体(2)に、両半体の該2つの前縁および前記半体の該2つの後縁が接続されかつ該第1のタービン翼半体の該強化用部材の該フランジが該第2のタービン翼半体(2)に接続されるように、接続される、前記方法。 - 各タービン翼半体は、フランジを有する強化用部材を備え、さらに向かい合うタービン翼半体の2つの該フランジが接続される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 該2つの半体は硬化性樹脂を使用して接続される、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法を使用して製造されうるタービン翼。
