Xは単結合、C1〜C6−アルキレン、C2〜C5−アルキリデンまたはC5〜C6−シクロアルキリデンであり、これはC1〜C6−アルキル、好ましくはメチルまたはエチルでの置換を有してもよい。
R6は、置換または非置換フェニル、メチル、プロピル、エチル、ブチル、ClまたはBrであり、qは0、1、または2である。
ZはC1〜C8−アルキリデンまたはC5〜C12−シクロアルキリデン、S、SO2、または単結合であり、
R7、R8は、互いに独立して、置換または非置換フェニル、メチル、プロピル、エチル、ブチル、ClまたはBrであり、
r、sは互いに独立して、0、1、または2である。
R9、R10、R11およびR12は互いに独立して、同じまたは異なったC1〜C18−アルキレン部分、C6〜C10−アリール部分またはC5〜C6−シクロアルキル部分を示てもよくし、
X−は、対応する酸−塩基対H++X−→HXのpKbが<11である場合の陰イオンであってもよい。
Ar1およびAr2は、同じまたは異なった、非置換または置換アリール部分であり、
R’は非置換または置換アリール部分または以下の部分(Ia)〜(Ih)の1つであり、
Rはそれぞれ非置換または置換C6〜C14−アリール部分であり、
nおよびmは、それぞれ互いに独立して、1〜7の整数であり、部分(Ia)〜(Ic)のH原子はまた置換基で置換されてもよく、
但し、式(I)でAr部分が共にそれぞれ同様に4−フェニルフェニルまたはα−ナフチルであるなら、R’も4−フェニルフェニルまたはα−ナフチルであってもよく、4−フェニルフェニル部分およびα−ナフチル部分は置換基を有してもよい。

R、R、mおよびnは式(IIb)について記載した意味を有し、pは0〜3の整数であり、qは1〜10の整数であり、Yは−CH2−CH2−、−(CH2)3−、−(CH2)4−、−(CH2)5−、−(CH2)6−、または−CH(CH3)−CH2−であり、R3およびR4は、式(IIb)について記載した意味を有する。

ここで、o=1〜4およびp=3〜0 (III)
ここで、R4は、脂肪族飽和または不飽和、線形、環状または分岐アルキル部分であり、R5は、1〜4価の脂肪族アルコールR5−(OH)o+pのアルキレン部分である。
(溶融粘度)
流動性は、100から1000[l/s]まで変化するせん断速度(shear gradient)(イータ(eta))の関数として、320℃の温度で、本発明による成形組成物の溶融粘度(Pa・s)を測定することによって決定される。測定はISO 11443に従って毛管レオメータを用いて行われた。
相対溶液粘度イータレルは、塩化メチレン中で(0.5gのポリカーボネート/l)、25℃でウッベローデ(Ubbelohde)粘度計において決定される。
平均分子量(Mw)は、ジクロロメタンにおける0.2パーセント強度のポリマーの溶液について、ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー(GPC)およびUV検出を用いて決定される。GPCは線形PC標準を用いてキャリブレートされる。
溶融体積流速(MVR)は、ISO 1133に従って、メルトインデックス試験装置を用いて、300℃で1.2kgの荷重で決定される。
化合物D1の濃度は、ポリカーボネートのアルカリ加水分解の後、次にHPLCによって加水分解物質を分析することによって決定される。化合物は核磁気共鳴スペクトルによって特定された。
THPEの含有量は、ポリカーボネートのアルカリ加水分解の後、次にHPLCによって加水分解物質を分析することによって決定される。外標準をキャリブレーションのために使用した。
本発明による成形組成物の光学特性は、ASTM E313に従って、標準試験片における黄色指数(YI)として公知のものを測定することによって決定される。これらの標準試験片はカラーサンプルプラーク(60×40×4mm)であり、これは、300℃の溶融温度で、90℃の成形温度で溶融PC組成物から製造されたものであった。後続黄変(ΔYI)は、新たに射出成形されたカラーサンプルプラークの測定YI値と、熱エージング後の同じカラーサンプルプラークについて測定されたYI値から計算された差として決定される。
実施例11、12および22〜24(以下参照)では、変色(黄変)を熱エージングで試験した。このために、ポリカーボネートで作成した標準試験片(60×40×4mm)を空気循環オーブン中で1000時間135℃でエージングした。その後、YIをASTM E313に従って決定する。コントロール片(エージング前)との差を計算する(=ΔYI1000時間)。
溶融PCを多段階法で製造した。まず、出発材料のBPA、DPC(9000.1g)、テトラフェニルホスホニウムフェノレート(0.7g)およびTHPEを、約190℃で、攪拌タンク内で溶融し、溶融後45分間攪拌した。BPAの使用量は、モル量に基づいて、得られるDPC/BPAの割合が、反応開始時のBPAに基づいて、110、108または107mol%になるように選択された。THPE含有量は、モル量に基づいてBPAに関して、添加されるTHPE量がBPAに基づいて、0.3、0.4または0.5mol%になるように選択された。各実施例の組成を表1に見ることができる。
スルホン酸処理されたイオン交換剤(レワチッチ(Lewatit)K1221,ランクセス(Lanxess)AG)を、室温で脱イオン水を用いて、ガラスカラム内から電解質がなくなるまで洗浄し、この際に、体積流速を、1時間、イオン交換剤1ml当たり、0.3mlの水量に一定に保持する。24時間後、カラム溶出液の導電率は7μS/cmである。液体水相を放出しイオン交換剤をメタノールで処理する。
精製前の1,1,1−トリス(4−ヒドロキシフェニル)エタンのナトリウム含有量:8.3ppm
精製後の1,1,1−トリス(4−ヒドロキシフェニル)エタンのナトリウム含有量:610ppb
本発明による調合材料を、ZE25/5押出し成形機(ベルストフ(Berstorff),ハノーバーから)内で、10kg/時の生産量で製造した。バレル温度は320℃であった。各種添加剤の計量添加は、全投入重量に基づいて、ポリカーボネートパウダー−5重量%のパウダー混合物となる形態にした。
PC1は、ビスフェノールA、DPC(ジフェニルカーボネート)および0.35重量%のトリスヒドロキシフェニルエタン(THPE)に基づく、添加剤を含有しないTHPE−分岐型溶融ポリカーボネートである。D1:225ppm、THPE/D1割合:15.6、MVR3.5cm3/10分(300℃/1.2kg)。

Claims (12)
- 分岐剤の存在中でビスフェノールとジアリールカーボネートとの溶融エステル交換を介して製造される芳香族分岐型ポリカーボネートであり、分岐点構造および式(D)の構造を備え、
芳香族分岐型ポリカーボネート中のDの量は、芳香族分岐型ポリカーボネート1kg当たり5〜450mgの範囲であり;かつ
芳香族分岐型ポリカーボネート中の式Dの構造全体に対する分岐点構造全体の割合は8〜200の範囲である芳香族分岐型ポリカーボネート。 - 請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つのポリカーボネートと、ホスフィン、ホスフィト、ジホスフィト、ホスフェートおよびその混合物から成る群から選択される少なくとも1つの有機リン化合物とを含有する組成物。
- 少なくとも1つの有機リン化合物がホスフィンであって、ホスフィンが以下の構造を有し:
Ar1およびAr2は互いに独立して、任意に置換されたアリール部分であり;かつ
R’は任意に置換されたアリール部分または
ここで、Rは非置換または置換C6〜C14−アリール部分を表し;かつ
nおよびmは互いに独立して1〜7の整数であり、
部分(Ia)〜(Ic)のH原子はまた置換基で置換されてもよく;但し、式(I)でAr1およびAr2がそれぞれ同様に4−フェニルフェニルまたはα−ナフチルであるなら、R’も4−フェニルフェニルまたはα−ナフチルであってもよく、ここで4−フェニルフェニル部分およびα−ナフチル部分は置換を有してもよい

ここで、oは1〜4の整数であり、pは0〜3の整数であり、R4は、脂肪族、飽和または不飽和、線形、環状または分岐アルキル部分であり、R5は、式R5−(OH)o+pの1〜4価の脂肪族アルコールのアルキレン部分である請求項2に記載の組成物。 - 組成物がさらにベンゾトリアゾール、トリアジン、シアノアクリレートおよびマロン酸エステルから成る群から選択されるUV吸収剤を含有する請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 組成物がさらに芳香族酸化防止剤を含有する請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 芳香族酸化防止剤がn−オクタデシル3−(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネートである請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1に記載のポリカーボネートを製造する方法であって、ビスフェノールとジアリールカーボネートとを分岐剤の存在中で溶融エステル交換法で反応させ;分岐剤を溶融エステル交換法で使用する前に、陽イオン交換剤を使用して分岐剤を精製することを包含する方法。
- 分岐剤が1,1,1−トリス(4−ヒドロキシフェニル)エタン(THPE)である請求項10に記載の方法。
