Description
Claims (6)
- 海底面から、海底下に存在する熱水溜まりにまで至る掘削孔、及び海底面上のガイドベースを介して当該掘削孔内に設置されたケーシングを有する熱水井と、
前記熱水井による熱水の流路上に設けられるアノードと、
前記熱水井による熱水の流路以外の海水中に設けられるカソードと、
前記アノードと前記カソードとにそれぞれ接続され、生じた電力を取り出す電力取出手段と、
を備える発電システム。 - 前記アノードは前記ケーシングに対して着脱自在に設けられる請求項1に記載の発電システム。
- 前記アノード及び前記カソードの少なくとも何れかは、ブラシ状、ヒダ状及びスポンジ状の何れかの形状を有する請求項1又は2に記載の発電システム。
- 前記アノード及び前記カソードの少なくとも何れかは、表面が多孔質粒子又は超微細粒子で覆われたものである請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の発電システム。
- 前記アノード及び前記カソードの少なくとも何れかは、表面に触媒層を有する請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の発電システム。
- 前記ガイドベースは長さを調節可能な脚を有する請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の発電システム。
