Description
寒冷を発生させる作動ガスの流路途中に、前記作動ガスの熱を蓄冷する蓄冷材が装填された蓄冷器が配設された蓄冷式冷凍機において、
前記蓄冷材は、繊維材をランダムに積み重ねた後に加熱して焼結させた焼結体であって、
高温側から低温側に向かうにつれて前記繊維材の径が連続的に漸次細くなることを特徴とする蓄冷式冷凍機により解決することができる。
本実施形態に係る冷凍機1によれば、高温端側PHの繊維材の線径を低温端側の繊維材の線径より太くしているので、蓄冷器20A内における熱損が低下し、冷凍機1の冷凍効率を向上させることができる。

Claims (2)
- 寒冷を発生させる作動ガスの流路途中に、前記作動ガスの熱を蓄冷する蓄冷材が装填された蓄冷器が配設された蓄冷式冷凍機において、
前記蓄冷材は、繊維材をランダムに積み重ねた後に加熱して焼結させた焼結体であって、
高温側から低温側に向かうにつれて前記繊維材の径が連続的に漸次細くなることを特徴とする蓄冷式冷凍機。 - 前記蓄冷材は、
前記高温側から前記低温側に向かうにつれて、前記繊維材の空隙率が連続的に漸次小さくなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の蓄冷式冷凍機。
