Claims (2)
- 密閉容器内に電動要素と、該電動要素の回転軸にて駆動される回転圧縮要素とを収納し、該回転圧縮要素にて圧縮された冷媒を吐出消音室に吐出した後、外部のデスーパーヒータに流入させ、該デスーパーヒータにて冷却した後、前記密閉容器内に戻し、該密閉容器に取り付けられた冷媒吐出管より吐出する密閉型回転圧縮機において、
前記回転軸の軸受けを一面に有して前記回転圧縮要素を構成する支持部材と、
前記軸受けが貫通するかたちで前記支持部材の一面にボルトにて固定され、前記軸受け周囲の前記支持部材の一面を覆って当該支持部材との間に前記吐出消音室を構成するカップとを備え、
前記軸受けは段差部を有し、該段差部の角は面取りされて面取り部が構成され、前記カップの内側縁部は所定曲率で湾曲されて湾曲部が構成され、該湾曲部は前記段差部の面取り部に当接すると共に、前記湾曲部を前記段差部に当接させた状態で、前記ボルトにて前記支持部材に固定される以前の前記カップのボルト固定部は、前記支持部材より離間する寸法関係とされていることを特徴とする密閉型回転圧縮機。 - 前記カップの湾曲部の曲率半径をR、前記カップの厚さ寸法をt、前記段差部の張り出し寸法をWとした場合、t<R<10*Wとしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密閉型回転圧縮機。
