Claims (2)
- 二相ステンレス鋼からなる起歪体と、この起歪体に取付けられた複数のひずみゲージとを有し、前記起歪体が、質量%で、少なくともC:0.03%以下、Si:1.0%以下、Mn:1.5%以下、P:0.04%以下、S:0.03%以下、Ni:6〜8%、Cr:24〜26%、Mo:2.5〜4.0%、N:0.1〜0.4%、Cu:0〜0.5%を有し、残部がFeおよび不可避不純物、の組成を満たす二相ステンレス鋼からなるロードセル。
- 請求項1において、
出力電圧0.5mV/V以上の条件でひずみを測定したときのヒステリシスが0.035%以下であるロードセル。
