Claims (9)
- センサ部材(3)と、デジタル部分(10)と、サンプル&ホールド段(11)と、出力段(12)と、電気エネルギーを蓄積するための手段(5、8)とを備えたデジタルセンサ(2)であって、
前記センサ部材(3)と、前記デジタル部分(10)と、前記サンプル&ホールド段(11)と、前記出力段(12)と、前記電気エネルギーを蓄積するための手段(5)には、電流供給線路(4)を介して、電流供給部(19)によって電気エネルギーが供給され、
前記センサ部材(3)によって求められ、前記デジタル部分(10)によってデジタル化された、および/または、評価された測定値を、センサ出力側(20)で、後続の電子回路に、デジタルの形態で供給するデジタルセンサ(2)において、
前記電流供給線路(4)内にスイッチ(9)が配置されており、前記スイッチ(9)は、前記電流供給部(19)の故障時に、前記サンプル&ホールド段(11)と前記出力段(12)のみを、前記電気エネルギーを蓄積するための手段(5)と接続し、
前記電流供給部(19)の故障時に、前記サンプル&ホールド段(11)と前記出力段(12)は、前記電気エネルギーを蓄積するための手段(5)によって給電され、
前記電流供給部(19)の前記故障が終了し、新たな測定値が前記サンプル&ホールド段(11)内に格納されるまでの間、前記サンプル&ホールド段(11)内に最後に格納された測定値が、前記出力段(12)から信号線路(7)内に供給され、
前記電流供給部(19)の故障時には、前記センサ部材(3)には、前記電気エネルギーを蓄積するための手段(5)から電流が供給されない、
ことを特徴とするデジタルセンサ(2)。 - 前記センサ部材(3)は、質量流量センサ部材(13)である、請求項1記載のデジタルセンサ(2)。
- 前記センサ部材(3)は、ガスセンサ部材(14)である、請求項1記載のデジタルセンサ(2)。
- 前記センサ部材(3)は、圧力センサ部材(15)である、請求項1記載のデジタルセンサ(2)。
- 前記センサ部材(3)は、温度センサ部材(16)である、請求項1記載のデジタルセンサ(2)。
- 前記センサ部材(3)は、ポジショニングセンサ部材(17)である、請求項1記載のデジタルセンサ(2)。
- 前記センサ部材(3)は、回転数センサ部材(18)である、請求項1記載のデジタルセンサ(2)。
- 前記電気エネルギーを蓄積するための手段(5)は、前記電流供給線路(4)内に、または、前記電流供給線路(4)に配置されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のデジタルセンサ(2)。
- 前記電気エネルギーを蓄積するための手段(5)は、少なくとも1つのコンデンサを含んでいる、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のデジタルセンサ(2)。
