Claims (5)
- 内部に液肥を流通させる流通部を有し、上面に複数の定植孔が開孔された栽培用ベッドと、
この栽培用ベッドを所定の高さに支持する支持部とを備え、
前記栽培用ベッド及び前記支持部は発泡プラスチックにより構成され、
前記栽培用ベッドは、一方向に伸長された水槽と、この水槽の上に配設され、複数の定植孔が設けられた定植板とを有し、
前記水槽は、長さ方向において複数に分割された水槽分割部材を接合することにより形成され、
前記水槽分割部材の外側には、隣接する接合部の対応する位置に凸部がそれぞれ設けられており、これらの凸部には、前記水槽の長さ方向において、互いに隣接する前記凸部を挟むように金属製の挟持部材が配設され、
前記各水槽分割部材の内側には、接合部に沿って凹部がそれぞれ設けられ、これらの凹部には充填材が充填された
ことを特徴とする水耕栽培装置。 - 前記水槽の幅方向の中央部に、底部に沿って、長さ方向に伸長して設けられた金属製の底部補強部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の水耕栽培装置。
- 前記支持部は、前記水槽の底部に沿って幅方向に伸長して設けられた底部支持部と、この底部支持部の両端側から下方に伸長して設けられた一対の脚部と、この一対の脚部を下側において連結する連結部と、前記底部支持部の中央部から前記一対の脚部と前記連結部との接合部に向かい斜めに伸長して設けられた一対の傾斜部とを有し、
前記支持部は、前記水槽の接合部に対応して長さ方向に間隔を開けて複数設けられた
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の水耕栽培装置。 - 前記水槽の長さ方向に伸長して、前記複数の支持部を貫通して設けられた金属製の支持部補強部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の水耕栽培装置。
- 前記定植板は、紫色であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1に記載の水耕栽培装置。
