Claims (14)
- 電磁放射源と、
前記放射源に電気的に結合されたエネルギー供給源と、
前記エネルギー供給源から前記電磁放射源へのエネルギーの供給を制御するよう構成されたコントローラと、
を有するハンドヘルド型電磁皮膚トリートメント装置であって、
前記放射源、前記エネルギー供給源及び前記コントローラは、水密の筐体に収容され、湿った環境における前記ハンドヘルド型電磁皮膚トリートメント装置の使用を可能とし、前記装置は、前記放射源と熱伝導関係にある内部熱交換器と、前記水密の筐体の外側にある外部熱交換器と、前記水密の筐体の壁部を密閉的に通る、前記内部熱交換器から前記外部熱交換器への熱経路と、を有する装置。 - 前記内部熱交換器はヒートシンクを有し、前記外部熱交換器は冷却フィンを有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記熱経路は、少なくとも部分的に前記水密の筐体内にある冷却流体回路を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記熱経路は、1本以上の熱管を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記熱経路は、ペルチェ素子を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、通路を備えた付加的な筐体部分を有し、前記通路を通って、周囲環境からの水が前記水密の筐体の内部に入ることなく流れることができ、前記外部熱交換器は、少なくとも部分的に前記付加的な筐体部分内に配置される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記水密の筐体は、水の供給源に接続可能なシャワーヘッドの一部を形成し、前記外部熱交換器は、供給された水が前記外部熱交換器上を流れることができるように、前記シャワーヘッドの内部に配置される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、洗浄用手袋又は洗いスポンジの一部を有し、前記外部熱交換器は、通常の使用の間に、水に接触されるがユーザの手には接触しないように、前記手袋又はスポンジの内部に配置される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記水密の筐体は、使用の間にユーザの皮膚に係合するためのフェイスプレートを有し、前記フェイスプレートはウィンドウを有し、該ウィンドウを通して皮膚の照射を可能とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ウィンドウの周縁のまわりに配置された安全検出器を更に有し、前記安全検出器は水密である、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記安全検出器は、前記フェイスプレートにおける開口を通して突出するアクチュエータロッドを持つ力学的なマイクロスイッチを有し、前記開口は、水密の柔軟な膜によりカバーされた、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記安全検出器は容量センサを有し、各前記センサは、前記フェイスプレートにおける止まり穴と関連付けられ、圧力を加えたときに皮膚が前記止まり穴へとドーム状になることによる容量の変化を測定するよう構成され、各前記容量センサと前記関連する止まり穴との間に水密の封止要素が存在する、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記電磁放射源はフラッシュランプを有し、前記装置は超短パルス光装置である、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記筐体は、少なくとも前記放射源、前記エネルギー供給源及び前記コントローラを密閉的に囲む、1つ以上の不透水性の柔軟な内側ライナを有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
