Description
又、前記しきい値を、前記インクリメンタルパターン由来の明暗信号の最小値と最大値の中間の値として2値化を行なうことで、インクリメンタルパターン信号を分離することができる。
本発明は、又、アブソリュートパターンとインクリメンタルパターンを統合したアブソリュート(ABS)/インクリメンタル(INC)統合パターンを有し、パターンの明部が信号成分を持つようにされた透過型の絶対測長型エンコーダにおいて、前記アブソリュートパターン由来の明暗信号と前記インクリメンタルパターン由来の明暗信号とに振幅差が生じるように設計された結像光学系と、前記ABS/INC統合パターンからの受光信号を、前記振幅差を利用してアブソリュートパターン信号とインクリメンタルパターン信号に分離する信号処理系とを備え、前記振幅差を利用したしきい値を決定し、2値化を行うことで、前記受光信号を分離することを特徴とする透過型の絶対測長型エンコーダを提供するものである。

Claims (6)
- アブソリュートパターンとインクリメンタルパターンを統合したアブソリュート/インクリメンタル統合パターンを有し、パターンの暗部が信号成分を持つようにされた反射型の絶対測長型エンコーダにおいて、
前記アブソリュートパターン由来の明暗信号と前記インクリメンタルパターン由来の明暗信号とに振幅差が生じるように設計された結像光学系と、
前記アブソリュート/インクリメンタル統合パターンからの受光信号を、前記振幅差を利用してアブソリュートパターン信号とインクリメンタルパターン信号に分離する信号処理系とを備え、
前記振幅差を利用したしきい値を決定し、2値化を行うことで、前記受光信号を分離することを特徴とする反射型の絶対測長型エンコーダ。 - 前記しきい値を、前記アブソリュートパターン由来の明暗信号の最小値と前記インクリメンタルパターン由来の明暗信号の最小値の中間の値として2値化を行なうことで、アブソリュートパターン信号を分離することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の反射型の絶対測長型エンコーダ。
- 前記しきい値を、前記インクリメンタルパターン由来の明暗信号の最小値と最大値の中間の値として2値化を行なうことで、インクリメンタルパターン信号を分離することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の反射型の絶対測長型エンコーダ。
- アブソリュートパターンとインクリメンタルパターンを統合したアブソリュート/インクリメンタル統合パターンを有し、パターンの明部が信号成分を持つようにされた透過型の絶対測長型エンコーダにおいて、
前記アブソリュートパターン由来の明暗信号と前記インクリメンタルパターン由来の明暗信号とに振幅差が生じるように設計された結像光学系と、
前記アブソリュート/インクリメンタル統合パターンからの受光信号を、前記振幅差を利用してアブソリュートパターン信号とインクリメンタルパターン信号に分離する信号処理系とを備え、
前記振幅差を利用したしきい値を決定し、2値化を行うことで、前記受光信号を分離することを特徴とする透過型の絶対測長型エンコーダ。 - 前記しきい値を、前記インクリメンタルパターン由来の明暗信号の最大値と前記アブソリュートパターン由来の明暗信号の最大値の中間の値として2値化を行なうことで、アブソリュートパターン信号を分離することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の透過型の絶対測長型エンコーダ。
- 前記しきい値を、前記インクリメンタルパターン由来の明暗信号の最小値と最大値の中間の値として2値化を行なうことで、インクリメンタルパターン信号を分離することを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の透過型の絶対測長型エンコーダ。
