Description
The present invention relates to an exhaust gas purification system for an engine mounted on a work machine such as a construction machine, a farm work machine, and an engine generator.
In recent years, as high-level exhaust gas regulations related to diesel engines (hereinafter simply referred to as engines) have been applied, air pollutants in exhaust gas have been introduced into construction machines, agricultural machines, and engine generators on which engines are mounted. There has been a demand for mounting an exhaust gas purification device for purification treatment. A diesel particulate filter (hereinafter referred to as DPF) is known as an exhaust gas purification device (see
By the way, the engine is mounted on various working machines such as a construction machine, an agricultural machine, and an engine generator. For this reason, in an engine with a DPF, even if the exhaust gas temperature is raised and the DPF regeneration operation is executed, there may be a case where the DPF purification capacity does not sufficiently recover (when regeneration is insufficient). In this regard, if the engine with DPF is of the common rail type (the fuel injection device is of the common rail type), the DPF regeneration is promoted by aggressive heating in which fuel is supplied into the DPF and burned by post injection. It is possible.
However, for example, when an operation state in which a sufficient temperature raising action cannot be obtained even if post injection is performed continues, PM is excessively deposited in the DPF. When the DPF regeneration operation is executed under such a situation, there is a problem that the DPF is cracked or melted due to abrupt combustion (runaway combustion) of the over-deposited PM. Further, when runaway combustion occurs in the DPF, it is necessary to promote appropriate inspection and maintenance at a service base, for example, and to secure a minimum traveling function in a work machine equipped with an engine with a DPF.
In view of this, the present invention has a technical problem to provide an exhaust gas purification system that has been improved by examining the current situation.
An exhaust gas purification system according to the present invention includes an exhaust gas purification device disposed in an exhaust path of an engine, and a regeneration device for burning and removing particulate matter in the exhaust gas purification device. As an operation mode of the device, an auxiliary regeneration mode that is executed when the clogged state of the exhaust gas purification device exceeds a specified level, and a clogged state of the exhaust gas purification device is improved even if the manual auxiliary regeneration mode is executed. A forced regeneration mode that is executed when the forced regeneration mode is not performed, and an emergency regeneration mode that is performed when the clogged state of the exhaust gas purifying device is not improved even if the forced regeneration mode is performed. simultaneously executing a reproduction control to operate, and executes the interrupt processing for abnormality determination of the exhaust gas temperature inside the exhaust gas purifying apparatus, the auxiliary reproduction mode In the engine, the throttle device of the engine is closed to a predetermined opening, in the forced regeneration mode, fuel is supplied into the exhaust gas purification device by post injection of the engine, and in the emergency regeneration mode, the engine The fuel is supplied into the exhaust gas purifier by post-injection of the engine, and the rotational speed of the engine is maintained at a higher rotational speed than the forced regeneration mode , and the emergency regeneration mode is executed by the regeneration control. When the clogged state of the exhaust gas purification device does not improve, or when it is determined that the exhaust gas temperature in the exhaust gas purification device has become an abnormal temperature or more by the interrupt process, the upper limit of the engine speed and torque Execute a limp home mode that limits the threshold and the drivable time of the engine, and during execution of the limp home mode, If the rotational speed and torque of the current in the serial engine is larger than the upper threshold, the rotational speed and torque of the engine is gradually reduced to the upper limit threshold value, after the execution of the limp home mode is not reset unless servicing A limp home flag is set, and when the limp home flag is set, a mode other than the limp home mode is disabled.
In the exhaust gas purification system, the abnormal high temperature notification means that operates when the exhaust gas temperature in the exhaust gas purification device is equal to or higher than the abnormal temperature, and the regeneration that operates when the clogged state of the exhaust gas purification device exceeds a specified level Provided with a notice means and a reproduction permission input means for permitting the operation of the reproduction apparatus, and operates the reproduction apparatus when the permission operation of the reproduction permission input means is performed under the operation of the reproduction notice means. It may be configured as described above .
According to the present invention, it comprises an exhaust gas purification device disposed in the exhaust path of the engine, and when the exhaust gas temperature in the exhaust gas purification device becomes an abnormal temperature or higher, the engine speed and torque upper thresholds, In addition, since the limp home mode that limits the driveable time of the engine is executed, the limp home mode is assumed in a state where runaway combustion of particulate matter has occurred in the exhaust gas purification device. By executing this, the engine is held in the minimum necessary driving state. That is, the minimum necessary traveling function can be secured for the work machine equipped with the engine. Accordingly, the work machine can be removed from the work place or moved to a store / service center, for example, while preventing damage (melting damage) and excessive emission of the exhaust gas purification device, and the work machine can be safely operated. It is possible to evacuate to a safe place.
According to the present invention, after execution of the limp home mode, even if the engine is restarted, the engine cannot be shifted to a mode other than the limp home mode. Although there is a high possibility of damage to the gas purification device, it is necessary to inspect and maintain it at, for example, a store / service center. For this reason, there is an advantage that the possibility of using the exhaust gas purification device in a damaged state can be avoided and excessive emission emission can be prevented.
According to the present invention, during the execution of the limp home mode, when the current rotational speed and torque of the engine are larger than the upper limit threshold, the engine rotational speed and torque are gradually decreased to the upper limit threshold. Since it is comprised, when it transfers to the said limp home mode, it can prevent that the said rotational speed and the said torque change (decrease) rapidly. This eliminates the operator's uncomfortable feeling when the limp home mode is executed, thereby avoiding the problem that the operator cannot cope with the engine stalling.
According to the present invention, since the abnormal high temperature notification means that operates when the exhaust gas temperature in the exhaust gas purification device is equal to or higher than the abnormal temperature is provided, the exhaust gas temperature is notified to the operator by the notification of the abnormal high temperature notification means. Abnormality (runaway combustion) can be notified, and the effect of helping to prevent the spread of damage such as melting of the exhaust gas purification device is achieved.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(1). Engine and its Surrounding Structure First, the
As shown in FIG. 1, a
In the above configuration, the fuel in the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
As shown in FIG. 1, a

The
Further, the
The clogged state of the
In the above configuration, the exhaust gas from the engine 5 enters the exhaust

On the input side of the
At the output side of the
Further, on the output side of the
The
In the

その結果、DPF50(スートフィルタ54)内のPMを燃焼除去できることになる。
In the automatic auxiliary regeneration mode, the intake amount and the exhaust amount are limited by closing at least one of the
In the reset regeneration mode (forced regeneration mode), when the automatic auxiliary regeneration mode is executed, the clogged state of the
The emergency regeneration mode is executed when the clogged state of the
In the limp home mode, even when the emergency regeneration mode is executed, the clogged state of the
As can be understood from the description regarding the above modes, for example, the
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, each of these modes is executed based on a command from the
As shown in the flowcharts of FIGS. 6 and 7, in the
If the cumulative drive time Te is equal to or longer than the set time T0 (S01: YES), the process proceeds to step S11 described later. If the cumulative drive time Te is less than the set time T0 (S01: NO), then, the PM accumulation amount in the
Next, it is determined whether or not the
In step S04, if the regeneration prohibit
In this way, when the
In the automatic auxiliary regeneration mode, as described above, the load on the
After the execution of the automatic auxiliary regeneration mode, the PM accumulation amount in the
Next, it is determined whether or not the
In step S12, if the regeneration prohibit
In the reset regeneration mode, as described above, fuel is supplied into the
After execution of the reset regeneration mode, it is determined whether or not the exhaust gas temperature TP in the
If the exhaust gas temperature TP in the
Next, it is determined whether or not both the
In the emergency regeneration mode, as described above, fuel is supplied into the
After execution of the emergency regeneration mode, it is determined whether or not the exhaust gas temperature TP in the
If the exhaust gas temperature TP in the
The limp home flag LF corresponds to the fact that the limp home mode has been executed in the past, and is an external tool connected to the
In the limp home mode, when the current rotational speed N and torque T of the
Incidentally, in step S19, if both the
Now, the
If the limp home flag LF is in the reset state (S31: YES), it is determined whether or not the exhaust gas temperature TP in the
Note that it is also possible to adopt an interruption process in which it is determined whether or not an abnormal differential pressure has occurred from the detection result of the
