Description
The present invention relates to an exhaust gas purification system for an engine mounted on a work machine such as a construction machine, a farm work machine, and an engine generator.
In recent years, as high-level exhaust gas regulations related to diesel engines (hereinafter simply referred to as engines) have been applied, air pollutants in exhaust gas have been introduced into construction machines, agricultural machines, and engine generators on which engines are mounted. There has been a demand for mounting an exhaust gas purification device for purification treatment. A diesel particulate filter (hereinafter referred to as DPF) is known as an exhaust gas purification device (see
By the way, the engine is mounted on various working machines such as a construction machine, an agricultural machine, and an engine generator. For this reason, in an engine with a DPF, even if the exhaust gas temperature is raised and the DPF regeneration operation is executed, there may be a case where the DPF purification capacity does not sufficiently recover (when regeneration is insufficient). In this regard, if the engine with DPF is of the common rail type (the fuel injection device is of the common rail type), the DPF regeneration is promoted by aggressive heating in which fuel is supplied into the DPF and burned by post injection. It is possible.
However, for example, when an operation state in which a sufficient temperature raising action cannot be obtained even if post injection is performed continues, PM is excessively deposited in the DPF. When the DPF regeneration operation is executed under such a situation, there is a problem that the DPF is cracked or melted due to the rapid combustion of the excessively accumulated PM. Therefore, in this type of exhaust gas purification system, it is necessary to reliably prevent PM overdeposition in the DPF before falling into the above situation.
In view of this, the present invention has a technical problem to provide an exhaust gas purification system that has been improved by examining the current situation.
An exhaust gas purification system according to the present invention includes a common rail type engine, an exhaust gas purifying device disposed in an exhaust passage of the engine, and a reproducing apparatus for burning and removing the particulate matter in said exhaust gas purifying device An exhaust gas purification system for a working machine provided with a regeneration notice means that operates when the clogged state of the exhaust gas purification device exceeds a specified level, and a regeneration permission input that permits the operation of the regeneration device And a parking brake operating means for maintaining the work machine equipped with the engine in a braking state, and automatically adjusting the exhaust gas temperature when the clogged state of the exhaust gas purification device exceeds a specified level. When the automatic auxiliary regeneration mode is increased, the clogged state of the exhaust gas purification device does not improve even when the automatic auxiliary regeneration mode is performed, If the accumulated driving time of the emission exceeds the set time, the fuel is executed to reset playback mode for supplying into said exhaust gas purification device at the post injection, supply fuel to said exhaust gas purification device at the post injection If the clogged state of the exhaust gas purifying device is not improved even after executing the reset regeneration mode, the regeneration notice means is operated, and the regeneration permission input means is permitted under the operation of the regeneration notice means. If so, an emergency regeneration mode is executed in which fuel is supplied into the exhaust gas purification device by post-injection and the rotational speed of the engine is maintained at a predetermined value, and the braking operation of the parking brake operating means is not performed. In this case, regardless of the clogged state of the exhaust gas purification device and the operating state of the regeneration permission input means, the execution of the emergency regeneration mode is prohibited and the emergency regeneration mode is executed. When said clogging state of the exhaust gas purification device is improved after, it is that is configured to return to the normal operation mode.
According to the present invention, there is provided an exhaust gas purification device disposed in an exhaust path of a common rail engine, and a regeneration device for burning and removing particulate matter in the exhaust gas purification device. If the clogged state of the exhaust gas purification device is not improved even after executing the reset regeneration mode for supplying the exhaust gas into the exhaust gas purification device, the fuel is supplied into the exhaust gas purification device by post injection and the Since it is configured to execute an emergency regeneration mode that maintains the engine speed at a predetermined value, the particulate matter in the exhaust gas purification device increases to an over-deposited state that can lead to runaway combustion. And the occurrence of runaway combustion of particulate matter in the exhaust gas purification device can be suppressed. Therefore, failure of the exhaust gas purification device and the engine due to excessive deposition of particulate matter can be prevented.
According to the invention of the present application, it is provided with a regeneration notice unit that operates when a clogged state of the exhaust gas purification device exceeds a specified level, and a regeneration permission input unit that permits the operation of the regeneration device, and executes the reset regeneration mode. However, if the clogged state of the exhaust gas purifying device does not improve, the emergency regeneration means is operated, and the emergency regeneration is performed if the regeneration permission input means is operated under the operation of the regeneration notice means. Since the mode is configured to be executed, the emergency regeneration mode is not executed unless the operator intends to do so. For this reason, in the emergency regeneration mode in which the rotational speed of the engine is significantly increased, the operator can assume in advance the impact of torque fluctuations and changes in engine sound. Therefore, for example, it is possible to avoid an unexpected situation that the working machine to be mounted with the engine accelerates rapidly.
According to the present invention, there is provided parking brake operation means for maintaining the work machine equipped with the engine in a braking state, and when the parking brake operation means is not operated, the exhaust gas purification device is clogged. The emergency regeneration mode is not executed regardless of the state and the operation state of the regeneration permission input means, so that the emergency regeneration is performed unless the operator intentionally stops the traveling of the work machine and various operations. Transition to mode can be prohibited. For this reason, in the emergency regeneration mode in which the rotation speed of the engine is significantly increased, it is possible to reliably avoid an unexpected situation in which the working machine is accelerated rapidly, for example. That is, a higher effect can be exhibited as an interlock structure (malfunction prevention structure) for execution of the emergency regeneration mode.
According to the present invention, when the clogged state of the exhaust gas purification device is improved after execution of the emergency regeneration mode, it is configured to return to the normal operation mode. There is no need to do. Therefore, it is possible to save time and labor of the operator.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(1). Engine and its Surrounding Structure First, the
As shown in FIG. 1, a
In the above configuration, the fuel in the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
As shown in FIG. 1, a

The
Further, the
The clogged state of the
In the above configuration, the exhaust gas from the engine 5 enters the exhaust

(2). Configuration Related to Engine Control Next, a configuration related to control of the
On the input side of the
At the output side of the
Further, on the output side of the
The
In the
The
(3). Aspects of DPF regeneration control Next, an example of
その結果、DPF50(スートフィルタ54)内のPMを燃焼除去できることになる。

The emergency regeneration mode is executed when the clogged state of the
In the limp home mode, even when the emergency regeneration mode is executed, the clogged state of the
As can be understood from the description regarding the above modes, for example, the
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, each of these modes is executed based on a command from the
As shown in the flowcharts of FIGS. 6 and 7, in the
If the cumulative drive time Te is equal to or longer than the set time T0 (S01: YES), the process proceeds to step S11 described later. If the cumulative drive time Te is less than the set time T0 (S01: NO), then, the PM accumulation amount in the
Next, it is determined whether or not the
In step S04, if the regeneration prohibit
In this way, when the
In the automatic auxiliary regeneration mode, as described above, the load on the
After the execution of the automatic auxiliary regeneration mode, the PM accumulation amount in the
Next, it is determined whether or not the
In step S12, if the regeneration prohibit
In the reset regeneration mode, as described above, fuel is supplied into the
After execution of the reset regeneration mode, it is determined whether or not the exhaust gas temperature TP in the
If the exhaust gas temperature TP in the
Next, it is determined whether or not both the
In the emergency regeneration mode, as described above, fuel is supplied into the
After execution of the emergency regeneration mode, it is determined whether or not the exhaust gas temperature TP in the
If the exhaust gas temperature TP in the
The limp home flag LF corresponds to the fact that the limp home mode has been executed in the past, and is an external tool connected to the
In the limp home mode, when the current rotational speed N and torque T of the
Incidentally, in step S19, if both the
Now, the
If the limp home flag LF is in the reset state (S31: YES), it is determined whether or not the exhaust gas temperature TP in the
Note that it is also possible to adopt an interruption process in which it is determined whether or not an abnormal differential pressure has occurred from the detection result of the
