Claims (8)
- 電気自動車を充電装置に電気的に接続するためのプラグコネクタであって、プラグ又はソケット(1)と、電気機械駆動式ロック装置(3)と、前記ロック装置(3)のための駆動装置(2)を含み、前記駆動装置(2)は前記ロック装置(3)を含み、
前記プラグ又は前記ソケット(1)は、前記電気自動車又は前記充電装置と関連付けられた第2のプラグコネクタの第2のソケット又は第2のプラグへの電気的接続を確立するように構成され、
前記ロック装置(3)は、ボルトを含み、相互接続されたプラグ/ソケット対(1)を機械的にロック及び/又はロック解除するために、前記ボルトは、前記プラグ又は前記ソケット(1)の差込み方向(7)に関して直角に移動可能であり、
前記ロック装置(3)及び/又は前記プラグ若しくは前記ソケット(1)は、中心合わせ装置(11)を有し、前記中心合わせ装置は、前記中心合わせ装置(11)により予め定められた位置において、前記ロック装置(3)が、前記プラグ又は前記ソケット(1)に対して、隙間及びがたつき無く嵌め合う形状で、取外し可能に締結されるように構成され、
前記中心合わせ装置(11)は、前記駆動装置(2)上と前記プラグ又は前記ソケット(1)上の2つの部分で構成され、前記駆動装置(2)上に設けられた、前記中心合わせ装置(11)の第1の部分は、前記プラグ又は前記ソケット(1)の前記差込み方向(7)に関して軸方向に半円形に延びる突起部(12)を有し、前記プラグ又は前記ソケット(1)上に設けられた、前記中心合わせ装置(11)の第2の部分は、前記突起部(12)を、隙間及びがたつき無く嵌め合う形状で受けるための半円形に延びる溝(13)を有する、プラグコネクタ。 - 前記中心合わせ装置(11)は、前記プラグ又は前記ソケット(1)の前記差込み方向(7)に関して半径方向への前記ロック装置(3)の第1の移動、及び、前記プラグ又は前記ソケット(1)の前記差込み方向(7)に関して軸方向への第2の移動により、前記ロック装置(3)を前記プラグ又は前記ソケット(1)に締結することによって、前記予め定められた位置に達することができるように構成される、請求項1に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記プラグ又は前記ソケット(1)は、前記ボルトを挿入するための開口部(10)を有し、前記開口部(10)及び前記ボルトは、概ね等しいサイズの直径を有し、前記ボルトは、前記予め定められた位置において、前記ボルトを前記プラグ又は前記ソケット(1)の前記差込み方向(7)に関して直角に前記開口部(10)内に挿入して、相互接続されたプラグ/ソケット対(1)を機械的にロックすることができるように、前記プラグ又は前記ソケット(1)に対して配置される、請求項1又は2に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記駆動装置は、前記プラグ又は前記ソケット(1)に締結された前記駆動装置(2)を固定するための締結手段(14)を有する、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記駆動装置(2)は、相互接続されたプラグ/ソケット対(1)をロック及び/又はロック解除するための、電気パルスによって作動可能なアクチュエータ(9)を有する、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記プラグコネクタは、前記ロック装置(3)が前記プラグ又は前記ソケット(1)に締結されていない場合にのみ、前記プラグ又は前記ソケット(1)を壁(5)の一方の側から開口部に挿入することができるような態様で、且つ、前記ロック装置(3)を前記壁(5)の他方の側から、前記開口部に挿入された前記プラグ又は前記ソケット(1)に締結することができるような態様で、前記壁の前記開口部に締結されるように構成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプラグコネクタを含み、第2のプラグコネクタを含む、プラグコネクタ構成。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプラグコネクタを含む、充電装置又は電気自動車。
