Description
連続鋳造機で鋳造されたスラブを直接的に複数台の圧延機で仕上げ圧延する第1の圧延ラインと前記第1の圧延ラインと平行に配置されてバッチ式加熱炉で加熱されたスラブを粗圧延機で圧延する第2の圧延ラインとを備え、前記第2の圧延ラインで圧延した中間素材を第1の圧延ラインに移送して当該第1の圧延ラインで最終製品まで仕上げ圧延する熱間圧延設備において、
前記第2の圧延ラインに、前記粗圧延機で圧延された中間素材の先後端を切り揃えるクロップせん断装置を設置し、
前記第1の圧延ラインにおける複数台の圧延機は、それぞれ少なくとも1スタンドの圧延機で構成される上流側圧延機と下流側圧延機とからなり、これらの上流側圧延機と下流側圧延機との間の中間テーブルに、前記上流側圧延機で圧延されたスラブの長手方向の温度差を調節する材料温度調節装置を設置したことを特徴とする。

Claims (1)
- 連続鋳造機で鋳造されたスラブを直接的に複数台の圧延機で仕上げ圧延する第1の圧延ラインと前記第1の圧延ラインと平行に配置されてバッチ式加熱炉で加熱されたスラブを粗圧延機で圧延する第2の圧延ラインとを備え、前記第2の圧延ラインで圧延した中間素材を第1の圧延ラインに移送して当該第1の圧延ラインで最終製品まで仕上げ圧延する熱間圧延設備において、
前記第2の圧延ラインに、前記粗圧延機で圧延された中間素材の先後端を切り揃えるクロップせん断装置を設置し、
前記第1の圧延ラインにおける複数台の圧延機は、それぞれ少なくとも1スタンドの圧延機で構成される上流側圧延機と下流側圧延機とからなり、これらの上流側圧延機と下流側圧延機との間の中間テーブルに、前記上流側圧延機で圧延されたスラブの長手方向の温度差を調節する材料温度調節装置を設置したことを特徴とする熱間圧延設備。
