Description
Claims (16)
- 車両制御システムであって、
車両システムの操作パラメータの変更を含む車両のオペレータからの入力を入力デバイス経由で受信する第1のモジュールと、
前記第1のモジュールにより受信された前記入力と所定の閾値とに基づき前記入力デバイスの抵抗を選択的に調整する第2のモジュールであって、前記オペレータの入力による前記操作パラメータの変更が、対応する所定の閾値から外れる場合、すなわち前記操作パラメータが最低所定レベル以上であるかを判断することにより、または、前記操作パラメータが最高所定レベル以下であるかを判断することにより、判断結果が否定的(No)の場合、前記入力デバイスの抵抗を増加させる第2のモジュールと、を含む車両制御システム。 - 前記車両システムは、アダプティブ・クルーズ・コントロール(ACC)システムであり、前記操作パラメータは前記車両と他の車両との間の距離である請求項1に記載の車両制御システム。
- 前記車両システムは、暖房・換気・空調システム(HVAC)システムであり、前記操作パラメータは前記車両の車内の温度である請求項1に記載の車両制御システム。
- 前記車両システムは、オーディオ・システムであり、前記操作パラメータは(i)音量および(ii)音声データ出力の少なくともいずれか1つを含む請求項1に記載の車両制御システム。
- 前記入力デバイスは可動部材に接続された1つ以上の直流(DC)モータを含むジョイスティック・ベースの入力デバイスであり、前記第2のモジュールは、前記オペレータの入力と前記所定の閾値とに基づき、前記1つ以上の直流モータの前記抵抗を選択的に調整する請求項1に記載の車両制御システム。
- 前記入力デバイスには、下側に関連するプリント基板(PCB)が接続された電気活性ポリマー(EAP)層が含まれ、前記第2のモジュールは、前記オペレータの入力と前記所定の閾値とに基づき前記PCBを選択的に較正する請求項1に記載の車両制御システム。
- 前記入力デバイスは、(i)2つの垂直な経路に沿った入力および(ii)円軌道に沿った入力の少なくともいずれか1つの入力を受信するように構成される請求項1に記載の車両制御システム。
- 前記第1のモジュールは、さらに前記車両オペレータの親指に対して前記車両のハンドル上に位置する2つの独立した入力デバイスを経由して前記オペレータの入力を受信するように構成される請求項1に記載の車両制御システム。
- 車両制御方法であって、
車両システムの操作パラメータの変更を含む車両のオペレータからの入力を入力デバイス経由で受信するステップと、
前記ステップにより受信された前記入力と所定の閾値とに基づき前記入力デバイスの抵抗を選択的に調整するステップであって、前記オペレータの入力による前記操作パラメータの変更が、対応する所定の閾値から外れる場合、すなわち前記操作パラメータが最低所定レベル以上であるかを判断することにより、または、前記操作パラメータが最高所定レベル以下であるかを判断することにより、判断結果が否定的(No)の場合、前記入力デバイスの抵抗を増加させるステップと、を含む車両制御方法。 - 前記車両システムは、アダプティブ・クルーズ・コントロール(ACC)・システムであり、前記操作パラメータは前記車両と他の車両との間の距離である請求項9に記載の車両制御方法。
- 前記車両システムは、暖房・換気・空調(HVAC)システムであり、前記操作パラメータは前記車両の車内の温度である請求項9に記載の車両制御方法。
- 前記車両システムは、オーディオ・システムであり、操作パラメータは(i)音量および(ii)音声データ出力の少なくともいずれか1つを含む請求項9に記載の車両制御方法。
- 入力デバイスは可動部材に接続された1つ以上の直流(DC)モータを含むジョイスティック・ベースの入力デバイスであり、前記1つ以上の直流(DC)モータの前記抵抗は、前記オペレータの入力と前記所定の閾値とに基づき選択的に調整される請求項9に記載の車両制御方法。
- 前記入力デバイスには、下側に関連するプリント基板(PCB)が接続された電気活性ポリマー(EAP)層が含まれ、前記PCBは、前記オペレータの入力と前記所定の閾値とに基づき選択的に較正される請求項9に記載の車両制御方法。
- 前記入力デバイスは、(i)2つの垂直な経路に沿った入力および(ii)円軌道に沿った入力の少なくともいずれか1つの入力を受信するように構成される請求項9に記載の車両制御方法。
- 車両のハンドル上に前記車両オペレータの親指に対応する位置にある2つの独立した入力デバイスを経由して前記オペレータの入力を受信するステップを含む請求項9に記載の車両制御方法。
