分断装置であって、形成工程の間、底部部位に割り当てられた金型構成要素上の切断または接触エッジとの相互作用で形成される余分な樹脂性材料を分断するための可動切断または打抜き表面を有する分断装置と、を備える。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの、特にアンプル形状の、熱可塑性材料製容器(1)の製造装置であって、前記装置は、
金型(13)であって、開位置と閉位置の間を互いに対して移動可能で、合成樹脂性材料を、前記容器(1)を形成するために前記樹脂性材料に作用する圧力勾配により前記金型(13)の壁に対して設置可能な金型構成要素(15、17)を有する金型(13)と、
第1較正マンドレル(19)および第2較正マンドレル(23)であって、前記容器(1)の長手方向(21)に対して、および互いに対して同軸に移動可能で、前記第1較正マンドレル(19)と前記第2較正マンドレル(23)は互いに対して移動可能なため、前記第1較正マンドレル(19)は、前記金型(13)内に位置している前記容器(1)を通過して移動可能で、前記第2較正マンドレル(23)は、両者のマンドレル端部(25、27)間で、容器底部の少なくとも一部を形成する底部領域(9)を較正する形成位置に、前記容器(1)の外部から移動可能である第1較正マンドレル(19)および第2較正マンドレル(23)と、
分断装置であって、形成工程のとき前記底部部位に割り当てられた前記金型構成要素(17)上の切断または接触エッジ(39)との相互作用で形成される余分な樹脂性材料を分断するための可動の切断または打抜き表面(37)を有する分断装置と、を備え、
前記分断装置は、前記第2較正マンドレル(23)上で、軸方向に変位可能にガイドされ、前記切断または打抜き表面(37)を形成し、後退位置と打抜き位置の間を、前記それぞれの前記第2較正マンドレル(23)の動きとは独立に移動可能な切断装置(35)を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記切断装置は、前記第2較正マンドレル(23)上を変位可能にガイドされ、その前部エッジ上に、前記切断または打抜き表面(37)を形成する切断スリーブ(35)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1較正マンドレル(19)は、前記底部領域(9)を較正するための端部表面(25)と、前記端部表面(25)に接続され、前記端部表面(25)から離れるに従って広がり、前記容器(1)の底部カップ状部(7)を形成する円錐部(31)を有する成形体(29)を、前記第1較正マンドレル(19)の前記マンドレル端部(27)上に有し、前記底部カップ状部は前記底部領域(9)に隣接していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記第2較正マンドレル(23)は、前記第2較正マンドレル(23)の前記マンドレル端部(25)上に、前記第2較正マンドレル(23)の、前記底部領域(9)を較正する端部表面(27)に接続され、前記端部表面(27)から離れるに従って広がり、はかまに類似し、外側に向けて広がっている、前記容器(1)の供給口(11)を形成している円錐部(33)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記第2較正マンドレル(23)の、前記後退位置と前記形成位置の間の前後方向の動きを産み出し、前記切断スリーブ(35)の、前記後退位置と前記打抜き位置の間の動きを産み出すための、別々に作動可能な駆動装置(43、45)を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 互いに対して平行に移動可能な2対の第1較正マンドレル(19)および第2較正マンドレル(23)が、共通金型構成要素(15、17)により形成される2つの容器(1)のために設けられ、両方の第2較正マンドレル(23)は、マンドレル駆動装置(43)により移動可能なベース本体(41)上に搭載されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記切断スリーブ(35)は2つあり、前記第2較正マンドレル(23)は支持プレート(38)を貫通し、前記支持プレート(38)上には、前記それぞれの切断スリーブ(35)が搭載され、前記支持プレート(38)は、前記後退位置と前記打抜き位置の間で、前記第2較正マンドレル(23)に対して前記切断スリーブ(35)を移動させるために、打抜き駆動装置(45)により前記ベース本体(41)に対して移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記打抜き駆動装置は少なくとも1つの作動シリンダ(45)を備え、前記作動シリンダ(45)は、前記ベース本体(41)と前記支持プレート(38)の間に取り付けられ、前記ベース本体(41)と前記支持プレート(38)の間の相対的な動きを産み出すために、圧力媒体により作動されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記支持プレート(38)は少なくとも1つの排出ピン(47)を有し、前記排出ピン(47)は、分断工程において行われる排出動作のために、前記それぞれの切断スリーブ(35)に平行に延伸していることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、2つの前記容器(1)を製造するために使用され、前記金型構成要素(15、17)は、前記開位置と前記閉位置の間で、前記容器(1)の前記長手方向(21)に対して横方向に移動可能で、前記長手方向は、形成される前記それぞれの容器(1)の前記長手方向軸に対応していることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
