Description
Claims (15)
- 向かい合う凹状正面と凸状背面とを有し、さらに、超音波を送受信する複数の音響伝達領域を有する、曲面圧電タイル;
前記凸状背面上に位置する、電気的伝達信号を前記複数の音響伝達領域のそれぞれに加えるための複数の電極;及び、
前記凸状背面から間隔を空けて前記凸状背面の向かい側にあり、熱膨張・収縮の存在下でコンプライアントな複数の金属接点を含むプリント回路基板;を含み、
前記複数の金属接点のそれぞれは前記プリント回路基板と前記曲面圧電タイルとの間のスペースにかかり、前記複数の電極のうちの1つに電気的に接続される、
曲面高密度焦点式超音波(HIFU)トランスデューサ。 - 前記金属接点は、導電性エポキシによって、前記音響伝達領域の電極に電気的に接続される、請求項1記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記金属接点は、バネを含む、請求項1記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記バネは、板バネを含む、請求項3記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記バネは、渦巻きバネを含む、請求項3記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記バネは、らせんバネを含む、請求項3記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記金属接点は、バネクリップを含む、請求項1記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記プリント回路基板と前記曲面圧電タイルとの間の前記スペースは、前記金属接点の異なるものには異なる距離を有する、請求項1記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記プリント回路基板が前記曲面圧電タイルに対して離れて取り付けられる、フレームを更に含む、請求項1記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記プリント回路基板は、複数の前記曲面圧電タイルのそれぞれに対応するように前記フレームに取り付けられる複数のプリント回路基板で構成される、請求項9記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記プリント回路基板は、平面プリント回路基板を含む、請求項10記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記プリント回路基板は、曲面プリント回路基板を含む、請求項10記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記凸状背面上に位置する基準電位電極を含み、
前記複数の金属接点のそれぞれは、前記電気的伝達信号を前記複数の電極のうちの1つに接続し、
少なくとも1つの更なる金属接点が基準電位を前記基準電位電極に接続する、
請求項1記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。 - 前記プリント回路基板と前記曲面圧電タイルとの間の前記スペースは、前記曲面HIFUトランスデューサの熱膨張・収縮により距離が変化し、前記コンプライアントな金属接点は、前記スペースの距離変化に適合するよう曲がる、請求項1記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記プリント回路基板と前記曲面圧電タイルとの横方向の関係は、前記曲面HIFUトランスデューサの熱膨張・収縮により変化し、前記コンプライアントな金属接点は、横方向の関係における前記変化に適合するよう曲がる、請求項14記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
