- 前記体外式超音波発生治療デバイスは、モニタリング用超音波トランスデューサ(44iL,44iR)を備えることを特徴とする、先行するいずれかの請求項に記載の体外式デバイス。
- 前記支持構造(32)は、前記長手方向に沿って隣接して配置された複数のモジュール(34i)を備え、前記複数のモジュールはそれぞれ、少なくとも前記左側サブアレイの左側治療用トランスデューサ群(20iL)を保持する横方向左側セクション(34iL)と、少なくとも前記右側サブアレイの右側治療用トランスデューサ群(20iR)を保持する横方向右側セクション(34iR)とを備え、前記支持構造(32)は、前記デバイスの使用時、前記左側治療用トランスデューサ群(20iL)と前記右側治療用トランスデューサ群(20iR)の間隔と長手軸周りの相対的な角度位置とを一定に維持することを特徴とする、先行するいずれかの請求項に記載の体外式デバイス。
- 複数のモジュール(34i)はそれぞれ、長手軸周りに関して、前記支持構造の前記横方向左側セクション(34iL)と前記横方向右側セクション(34iR)の相対的な角度位置を調整して、前記第1の左側治療用トランスデューサ群(20iL)と前記第1の右側治療用トランスデューサ群(20iR)の長手軸周りの角度位置を調整するための調整機構(36i)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の体外式デバイス。
- 複数のモジュール(34i)の前記調整機構(36i)同士は、同時調整のために機械的に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の体外式デバイス。
- 前記支持構造(32)の少なくとも2つのモジュール(34i)が関節接合(46)されて、前記横方向に沿って延びる軸の周りの前記2つのモジュール(34i)同士の相対的な角運動が可能であることを特徴とする、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の体外式デバイス。
- 前記支持構造の前記少なくとも2つのモジュール(34i)は、柔軟なモジュールコネクタ(46)を介して関節接合されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の体外式デバイス。
- 超音波の出射によって脊髄の治療を誘発するための装置であって、
‐先行するいずれかの請求項に記載の体外式超音波発生治療デバイス(12)と、
‐前記体外式超音波発生治療デバイスに電気を供給する発生器(10)と、
‐制御器(15)と、
を備えることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記体外式超音波発生治療デバイス(12)の前記横方向左側セクション(34iL)および前記横方向右側セクション(34iR)はそれぞれ、前記セクション(34iL,34iR)に保持されている前記治療用トランスデューサ群(20iL,20iR)の出射領域の左側画像および右側画像を形成するためのイメージング用超音波トランスデューサ(42iL,42iR)を有し、前記制御器(15)は、前記イメージング用トランスデューサに接続されたイメージングモジュール(15B)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2と組み合わせた請求項9に記載の装置。
