Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 曲面高密度焦点式超音波(HIFU)トランスデューサであって、
向かい合う凹状正面と凸状背面とを有する曲面圧電アレイであり、さらに複数の音響伝達領域を有する、曲面圧電アレイ;
電気的伝達信号を前記音響伝達領域に加えるための、前記曲面電圧アレイの凸状背面上に位置する複数の電極;及び、
前記曲面圧電アレイの前記背面から離れてスペースを有し、且つ前記背面の向かい側にあるプリント回路基板であり、前記曲面圧電アレイは電気的信号を前記音響伝達領域に接続し、前記プリント回路基板は、熱膨張と収縮の存在にコンプライアントな複数の金属接点を含み、該金属接点は前記プリント回路基板と前記曲面圧電アレイとの間のスペースにかかり、前記曲面圧電アレイの前記音響伝達領域の電極に電気的に接続される、プリント回路基板;
を含む、曲面高密度焦点式超音波トランスデューサ。 - 前記金属接点は、導電性エポキシによって、前記音響伝達領域の電極に電気的に接続される、請求項1記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記金属接点は、更にバネを含む、請求項1記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記バネは、更に板バネを含む、請求項3記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記バネは、更に渦巻きバネを含む、請求項3記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記バネは、更にらせんバネを含む、請求項3記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記金属接点は、更にバネクリップを含む、請求項1記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記プリント回路基板と前記曲面圧電アレイとの間の前記スペースは、前記金属接点の異なるものには異なる距離を有する、請求項1記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記プリント回路基板が前記曲面圧電アレイに対して離れて取り付けられる、フレームを更に含む、請求項1記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記曲面圧電アレイの異なる領域に対して離れて前記フレーム上に取り付けられる、複数のプリント回路基板を更に含む、請求項9記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記プリント回路基板は、平面プリント回路基板を更に含む、請求項10記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記プリント回路基板は、曲面プリント回路基板を更に含む、請求項10記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記圧電アレイの凸状背面上に位置する基準電位電極を含む曲面HIFUトランスデューサであって、
前記複数の金属接点は、伝達信号を前記音響伝達領域に接続し、少なくとも1つの更なる金属接点が基準電位を前記基準電位電極に接続する、請求項1記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。 - 前記プリント回路基板と前記圧電アレイとの間の前記スペースは、前記トランスデューサの熱膨張と収縮により距離が変化し、前記コンプライアント金属接点は、前記スペースの距離変化に適合するよう曲がる、請求項1記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記プリント回路基板と前記圧電アレイとの横方向の関係は、前記トランスデューサの熱膨張と収縮により変化し、前記コンプライアント金属接点は、横方向の関係における前記変化に適合するよう曲がる、請求項14記載の曲面HIFUトランスデューサ。
