Claims (11)
- 第1軸線を中心にして回転可能なアームであり、前記アームが、内部キャビティと一部に貫通スロットとを設けたアームアーバーを有し、且つ前記アームアーバーが直径を固定されており、
凸部を有したブシュであって、この凸部が前記スロットを通り抜けて伸延し且つ前記アームアーバーの前記内部キャビティまで延びる大きさであり、そして、前記アームアーバーの前記スロットを通過して前記内部キャビティに入るまで延びている前記凸部を有する前記ブシュが、前記アームアーバーに隣接配置され、
前記アームに操作可能に結合されたバネであって、前記凸部に並列するコイルと共に前記アームアーバーの内部キャビティの中に設けた前記バネであり、
前記バネが、エンドレス動力伝達要素に張力を与える係合のために、前記アームを前記第1軸線の周りで回転させて、
前記ブシュの前記凸部が前記バネに連係する位置関係にあって、前記張力を与える係合の方向とは逆方向に前記アームが回転すると、前記バネのコイルが前記ブシュの前記凸部に接触して押し当てて半径方向に拡がり、
摩擦ダンパ作用を発揮するために、前記バネの径方向の拡がりが、前記ブシュの前記凸部を半径方向外側に押圧することを特徴とするテンショナ。 - 前記ブシュは縦長のスリットを有し、このスリットによって前記ブシュが半径方向に伸張できる請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記ブシュが、前記凸部を有するスリーブを有し、このスリーブがこのスリーブの一端から外側に延長するフランジを有した請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記ブシュのスリーブがおおむね円筒形である請求項3に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記アームが、第2軸線を中心にして回転自在に取り付けられたベルト車を有し、この第2軸線が前記第1軸線から平行離間している請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- さらに、支持部材を有し、前記ブシュを前記支持部材に隣接させて、かつ前記アームアーバーが前記バネと前記ブシュとの間に介在した状態で、この支持部材が前記バネ、前記アームアーバーおよび前記ブシュを収容する請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記バネの前記半径方向伸張によって、前記ブシュが前記支持部材と摩擦係合し、前記摩擦ダンパ作用を発揮する請求項6に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記支持部材が静止部材であり、かつ前記第1軸線になるシャフトを有し、前記アームをこのシャフトに回転自在に取り付けた請求項6に記載のテンショナ。
- さらに、前記バネを前記テンショナに封じ込めるキャップからなる請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- 前記バネの第1端部を前記アームに連結し、そして第2端部を前記キャップに連結した請求項9に記載のテンショナ。
- 非対称性ダンパ作用を発揮する請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
