Claims (4)
- 車輪駆動用の減速装置であって、
平行軸歯車を有する平行軸歯車機構と、
該平行軸歯車機構の後段に設けられ、遊星歯車および該遊星歯車が内接噛合する内歯歯車を有する遊星歯車機構と、
前記減速装置の回転部材の回転を制動するブレーキ機構と、
前記平行軸歯車機構と前記遊星歯車機構と前記ブレーキ機構とを収容するケーシングと、を備え、
前記ブレーキ機構は、前記内歯歯車と一体化された固定体と、該固定体に設けられた摩擦板と、を有し、
前記内歯歯車の外径よりも前記固定体の外径の方が小さく、かつ前記内歯歯車の径方向厚みよりも前記固定体の径方向厚みの方が小さく、
前記固定体と前記ケーシングとの間に存在する隙間に、前記平行軸歯車の歯部を軸方向に突出・延在させ、
該平行軸歯車の歯部と前記固定体とが、径方向から見て重なっている
ことを特徴とする車輪駆動用の減速装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記内歯歯車と前記ケーシングとの間の隙間の径方向寸法よりも、前記固定体と前記ケーシングとの間の隙間の径方向寸法の方が大きい
ことを特徴とする車輪駆動用の減速装置。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記ブレーキ機構が、前記固定体に対して相対的に軸方向に変位可能な押圧部材を備え、
該押圧部材も、前記平行軸歯車の歯部と、径方向から見て重なっている
ことを特徴とする車輪駆動用の減速装置。 - 請求項3において、
前記押圧部材の軸方向側面の一部に、凹部または薄肉部が形成され、
該凹部または薄肉部に前記ブレーキ機構の摩擦板の一部が入り込み、
該摩擦板の一部と前記押圧部材の一部とが、径方向から見て重なっている
ことを特徴とする車輪駆動用の減速装置。
