Description
この切削液噴射装置の構成は、クーラント供給用ノズルとクーラント供給用ノズルを回転駆動させるモータを備えている。
工作機械によるワークの加工時に該工作機械に備わった工具やワークに切削液を供給する切削液噴射ノズルと、
前記切削液噴射ノズルの噴射角度を調整可能な駆動モータと、
前記駆動モータを制御する制御手段を有する切削液噴射装置において、
前記制御手段は、切粉を除去する切粉除去動作モード制御が可能である切削液噴射装置であって、
前記切粉除去動作モードは、前記噴射角度の調整範囲内で、前記切削液噴射ノズルの角度移動速度を変化させるようになっており、
工具やワークに切粉が付着したときに、該付着した前記切粉に前記切削液が当たる時点の前記切削液噴射ノズルの噴射角度を速度切換地点とし、該速度切換地点の近傍で前記角度移動速度が変化することを特徴としている。

Claims (5)
- 工作機械によるワークの加工時に該工作機械に備わった工具やワークに切削液を供給する切削液噴射ノズルと、
前記切削液噴射ノズルの噴射角度を調整可能な駆動モータと、
前記駆動モータを制御する制御手段を有する切削液噴射装置において、
前記制御手段は、切粉を除去する切粉除去動作モード制御が可能である切削液噴射装置であって、
前記切粉除去動作モードは、前記噴射角度の調整範囲内で、前記切削液噴射ノズルの角度移動速度を変化させるようになっており、
工具やワークに切粉が付着したときに、該付着した前記切粉に前記切削液が当たる時点の前記切削液噴射ノズルの噴射角度を速度切換地点とし、該速度切換地点の近傍で前記角度移動速度が変化することを特徴とする切削液噴射装置。 - 前記切削液噴射ノズルが動作を開始する動作開始地点及び動作を終了する動作終了地点、前記速度切換地点、前記角度移動速度および前記切粉除去動作モードの反復回数は、前記制御手段に予め設定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の切削液噴射装置。
- 前記切削液噴射ノズルの前記動作開始地点から前記速度切換地点までの速度を第1速度とし、前記速度切換地点から前記動作終了地点までの速度を第2速度とし、前記第1速度と前記第2速度は、相対的に異なる速度であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の切削液噴射装置。
- 前記切削液噴射ノズルが前記動作終了地点に近づくにつれ、前記切削液噴射ノズルの前記角度移動速度を徐々に減速させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の切削液噴射装置。
- 前記切削液噴射ノズルは往復運動が可能であり、前記切粉除去動作モード制御は、
往路において前記切削液噴射ノズルが動作終了地点に到達した後に、復路において、前記往路での動作開始地点を動作終了地点に、前記往路での動作終了地点を動作開始地点に、それぞれ置き換えて、前記切削液噴射ノズルの往復運動を行うことを特徴とする請求2に記載の切削液噴射装置。
