Claims (2)
- 視覚センサにより、噴射ノズルから切削点に向けて噴射された切削液を撮影することで取得した画像データに基づいて、前記切削液が前記切削点に当たるか否かの判定を行う判定部と、
前記判定部の判定結果に基づいて、前記噴射ノズルの位置及び姿勢を制御するノズル制御装置に指令を出す指令部と、を備え、
前記判定部は、前記画像データのパターンマッチングによって、前記切削液の経路のエッジ部分の位置を検出して前記経路の形状を抽出し、前記経路の形状に基づいて前記判定を行う、数値制御装置。 - 前記判定部は、機械学習によって前記判定を行う、請求項1に記載の数値制御装置。
