Description
前記PCB嵌込部11は、前記筐体部10の上側に配設され、側面に配設されて前記基部12に嵌込したコネクター部30を外部に露出させる溝部111と、内側に配設されて前記PCB部20が載置されるPCB載置部112と、前記PCB載置部112の上部に配設されて前記蓋体部40が固定される蓋体固定部113と、を備える。
本発明は、自動車の車両室内灯、番号板を夜間に識別し易くするナンバー灯、トランク灯、サイドミラー灯、フェンダー灯、点滅灯などのように車両の内外部に取り付けられて物体を識別し易くする照明灯に関するものであり、蓋体部の係合突部と前記筐体部の蓋体固定部との係合に際して、前記係合突部の底面に接着剤を塗布して前記蓋体固定部に嵌入することにより、一層強固な係合が図れ、PCBに嵌入するLEDの極性とは無関係に使用できるようにPCBに無極性回路が形成されるように所要部品を実装するが、前記部品を上部と下部に分けて2つのPCBに搭載することにより狭い空間でも多数の部品を搭載することができ、前記PCBが所定の間隔を隔てて形成されるので放熱性が高まり、筐体部の底面に多数の通孔を形成するので前記PCB部から放出される熱の循環が行われることから発熱効果が増大される。

- 照明灯が設けられる場所に嵌め込まれる筐体部(10)と、前記筐体部(10)に載置され、2段状に形成されるPCB部(20)と、前記PCB部(20)と前記筐体部(10)とを連結及び固定し、前記PCB部(20)に電源を供給するコネクター部(30)と、前記PCB部(20)の上部に配設されて前記PCB部(20)に搭載されたLEDを保護する蓋体部(40)と、を備え、
前記筐体部(10)は蓋体固定部(113)を有し、前記蓋体部(40)には係合突部(42)が形成されて前記筐体部(10)に前記蓋体部(40)が固定され、
前記PCB部(20)は、サイズが異なる円形状の多数のPCBを備えて多段状に設けられ、前記第1のPCB(21)及び第2のPCB(22)の側面には前記蓋体固定部(113)と係合される多数の蓋体固定部係合溝(213、223)が形成されることを特徴とするLED照明灯。 - 前記筐体部(10)は、上側中央部に前記PCB部(20)が載置されるPCB嵌込部(11)と、前記PCB嵌込部(11)の下部に延設され、底面に多数の通風口(122)が設けられる基部(12)と、を備え、
前記PCB嵌込部(11)は、前記筐体部(10)の上側に配設され、側面に配設されて前記基部(12)に嵌込したコネクター部(30)を外部に露出させる溝部(111)と、内側に配設されて前記PCB部(20)が載置されるPCB載置部(112)と、前記PCB載置部(112)の上部に配設されて前記蓋体部(40)が固定される蓋体固定部(113)と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明灯。 - 前記蓋体部(40)は前記筐体部(10)の上側に載置されるものであり、下側に配設されて前記PCB部(20)のコネクター固定通孔(211)を外部に露出させる多数の溝部(41)と、内側に配設されて前記筐体部(10)の蓋体固定部(113)と係合される係合突部(42)と、前記蓋体部(40)の底面から所定の高さに形成され、前記第1のPCB(21)の外周面と係合される係止爪(43)と、を備え、
前記蓋体部(40)の内側上部には上面が凹状に形成されてLED(23)から発せられる光を集める集光部(44)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明灯。 - 前記集光部(44)は、PCB部(20)の上側に搭載されるLED(23)から発せられる光を集めるが、上面が凹状に形成されて発せられる光を広く拡散させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のLED照明灯。
- 前記筐体部(10)の外面には一対の係止突部(13)が形成され、前記係止突部(13)のサイズを異ならせたり、前記コネクター部(30)のサイズ及び色を異ならせたりして前記筐体部(10)の極性(+.−)を表示することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明灯。
