縦方向に配列され、前記ピニオンと噛合して当該ピニオンの回転力を伝達する複数のアイドラーギアを有するギア列と、
前記ギア列に含まれ、互いに逆方向に回転するピニオンと噛合して直線的且つ相互に平行または一直線上となるように移動し、相互に近接、離間される上下一対のラックギアと、
該各ラックギアに設けられ、前記各ラックギアの移動に伴って移動し、相互に近接、離間される上下一対の押圧部材と、
シート状の米飯を含む寿司材が積層して投入される成形型枠と、
前記成形型枠が載置される載置台と、
前記成形型枠の内壁に沿って上下動可能に係合され、前記成形型枠内に投入された寿司材を上下方向から挟むように設けられる上下一対の板状部材と、

上側の前記押圧部材には、前記成形型枠の一部と当接し、スプリングの伸縮によって当該成形型枠の前記載置台からの浮き上がりを防止する押さえ部材が設けられており、
