Claims (5)
- インクジェットプリンタのためのプリントヘッドアッセンブリであって、
インク流路を画定するために流体的に結合される1つまたは複数のコンポーネントと、
前記インク流路に沿って配置され、かつ前記インク流路に沿った温度勾配に対する冷却速度の割合を、インクの中における泡を最適に低減するための前記温度勾配に対する前記冷却速度の割合である臨界ニヤマ値より上に保持するように構成される1つまたは複数の熱素子と、
を備えるプリントヘッドアッセンブリ。 - 前記インク流路を画定するための前記コンポーネントを複数備え、前記複数のコンポーネントは、少なくとも1つのリザーバと、プリントヘッドと、前記リザーバ及び前記プリントヘッドを流体的に結合するマニホールドとを含み、かつ、
前記熱素子を複数備え、前記複数の熱素子のうちの少なくとも1つは前記リザーバにまたは前記リザーバの近くに位置合わせされ、かつ前記熱素子のうちの少なくとも別の1つは前記プリントヘッドアッセンブリの別のコンポーネントにまたは前記別のコンポーネントの近くに位置合わせされる
請求項1に記載のプリントヘッドアッセンブリ。 - 前記1つまたは複数の熱素子のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記インク流路へ熱エネルギーを能動的に供給する能動的な熱素子である請求項1に記載のプリントヘッドアッセンブリ。
- 前記能動的な熱素子を制御するように構成される制御ユニットを更に備える請求項3に記載のプリントヘッドアッセンブリ。
- 前記1つまたは複数の熱素子のうちの少なくとも1つは受動的な熱素子である請求項1に記載のプリントヘッドアッセンブリ。
