Claims (8)
- 傾斜付きスリーブと前記傾斜付きスリーブの内側の円筒体とで構成された引き抜きロック機構を備える緩み止めソケットであって、前記傾斜付きスリーブの内側長手方向断面は傘形の円錐角を有し、前記傾斜付きスリーブの中間部はピンを貫通させ、前記円筒体は上下動可能な浮動ブロックに取り付けられて前記浮動ブロックによって前記傾斜付きスリーブの内側円錐面に沿って上下動可能であり、前記引き抜きロック機構は、互いにスナップ嵌合される上蓋体と下蓋体とで構成される筐体の内部に、前記上蓋体の挿入穴の下方かつ挿入用ブッシュの上方に取り付けられる、緩み止めソケット。
- 前記引き抜きロック機構において、2つの円筒体が前記傾斜付きスリーブの内側の2つの側に対称的に配置される、請求項1に記載の緩み止めソケット。
- 前記引き抜きロック機構は少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載の緩み止めソケット。
- 前記円筒体の代わりに楔体または球体が使用される、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の緩み止めソケット。
- 操作レバーが前記筐体の内部に取り付けられ、前記操作レバーの一端はヒンジ軸によって前記筐体に取り付けられ、前記筐体の外側のソケットボタンが前記操作レバーの他端に取り付けられ、バネまたは弾性体が前記浮動ブロックの下方に取り付けられ、前記浮動ブロックは前記操作レバーの中間部に移動可能に嵌着される、請求項2に記載の緩み止めソケット。
- 前記引き抜きロック機構と、前記挿入用ブッシュと、前記バネまたは弾性体と、前記浮動ブロックとは、緩み止め機能モジュールを構成するように、互いにスナップ嵌合されるモジュールベースとさまざまな挿入穴を有する小形パネルとの内部に取り付けられる、請求項5に記載の緩み止めソケット。
- 前記傾斜付きスリーブと前記挿入用ブッシュとを固定するためのブラケットが前記傾斜付きスリーブと前記挿入用ブッシュとの間に配設される、請求項5に記載の緩み止めソケット。
- 前記引き抜きロック機構は前記緩み止め機能モジュールに含まれ、前記緩み止め機能モジュールはモジュールベースと上部小形パネルとをさらに備え、前記上部小形パネルと前記モジュールベースとは互いにスナップ嵌合され、前記ピンを留めるための挿入用ブッシュが前記モジュールベースの内部に取り付けられ、前記浮動ブロックは前記上部小形パネルと前記モジュールベースとの間に配設され、バネが前記浮動ブロックの下方に取り付けられ、プラグを貫通させる前記傾斜付きスリーブは前記上部小形パネルに対応する挿入穴位置に取り付けられ、操作レバーが前記上蓋体と前記下蓋体とによって閉じられた空間の内部に取り付けられ、前記操作レバーの中間部は前記浮動ブロックに接続され、前記浮動ブロックは、前記操作レバーが前記モジュールベースに密着するように、前記バネのバネ力によって前記操作レバーに対する引張力をもたらし、前記操作レバーの2つの端部のうちの一端は、外力下で他端を回転させるための支点を形成するために、前記モジュールベースに接触可能である、請求項6に記載の緩み止めソケット。
