Claims (10)
- 水処理装置(100)であって、
膜脱塩ユニット(102)と、
給水の第1の流れ(106)を前記膜脱塩ユニット(102)に移送するように前記膜脱塩ユニット(102)に接続された第1の導管(104)と、
前記給水の第1の流れ(106)よりも塩度の低い生産水の第1の流れ(110)を前記膜脱塩ユニット(102)から移送するように前記膜脱塩ユニット(102)と接続された第2の導管(108)と、
電気的分離ユニット(112)と、
前記給水の第1の流れ(106)よりも塩度の高い排水の第1の流れ(116)を前記膜脱塩ユニット(102)から受け取って前記電気的分離ユニット(112)へと移送するように前記膜脱塩ユニット(102)及び前記電気的分離ユニット(112)と接続された第3の導管(114)と、
前記排水の第1の流れ(116)よりも塩度の低い生産水の第2の流れ(120)を前記電気的分離ユニット(112)から受け取って給水の第1の流れ(106)と混合するように前記電気的分離ユニット(112)及び前記第1の導管(104)と接続された第4の導管(118)と、
沈殿ユニット(122)と、
前記排水の第1の流れ(116)よりも塩度の高い排水の第2の流れ(126)を前記電気的分離ユニット(112)から受け取って前記沈殿ユニット(122)へと移送するように前記沈殿ユニット(122)及び前記電気的分離ユニット(112)と接続された第5の導管(124)と、
前記排水の第2の流れ(126)よりも塩度の低い給水の第2の流れ(130)を前記沈殿ユニット(122)から受け取って前記電気的分離ユニット(112)へと移送するように前記沈殿ユニット(122)及び前記電気的分離ユニット(112)と接続された第6の導管(128)と、
前記沈殿ユニット(122)から水の吐出流れ(134)を放出するように前記沈殿ユニット(122)と接続された第7の導管(132)と、
前記電気的分離ユニット(112)及び前記沈殿ユニット(122)のうち少なくとも1つと連通する薬液注入ユニット(136)とを含んでなる、水処理装置(100)。 - 前記膜脱塩ユニット(102)が、ナノ濾過膜装置又は逆浸透膜装置を含んでなる、請求項1記載の水処理装置。
- 前記電気的分離ユニット(112)が、逆電気透析脱塩装置又はスーパーキャパシタ脱塩装置を含んでなる、請求項1又は請求項2記載の水処理装置。
- 前記薬液注入ユニット(136)が、塩酸又は硫酸を含む酸注入ユニットを含んでなる、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の水処理装置。
- 前記薬液注入ユニット(136)が、前記第3の導管(114)及び前記第5の導管(124)のうち少なくとも1つと連通する、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の水処理装置。
- 前記第6の導管(128)と連通する濾過装置(138)をさらに含んでなる、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の水処理装置。
- 水処理方法であって、
膜脱塩ユニット(102)を用意し、
給水の第1の流れ(106)を前記膜脱塩ユニット(102)に移送するように前記膜脱塩ユニット(102)に接続された第1の導管(104)を用意し、
前記給水の第1の流れ(106)よりも塩度の低い生産水の第1の流れ(110)を前記膜脱塩ユニット(102)から移送するように前記膜脱塩ユニット(102)と接続された第2の導管(108)を用意し、
電気的分離ユニット(112)を用意し、
前記給水の第1の流れ(106)よりも塩度の高い排水の第1の流れ(116)を前記膜脱塩ユニット(102)から受け取って前記電気的分離ユニット(112)へと移送するように前記膜脱塩ユニット(102)及び前記電気的分離ユニット(112)と接続された第3の導管(114)を用意し、
前記排水の第1の流れ(116)よりも塩度の低い生産水の第2の流れ(120)を前記電気的分離ユニット(112)から受け取って給水の第1の流れ(106)と混合するように前記電気的分離ユニット(112)及び前記第1の導管(104)と接続された第4の導管(118)を用意し、
沈殿ユニット(122)を用意し、
前記排水の第1の流れ(116)よりも塩度の高い排水の第2の流れ(126)を前記電気的分離ユニット(112)から受け取って前記沈殿ユニット(122)へと移送するように前記沈殿ユニット(122)及び前記電気的分離ユニット(112)と接続された第5の導管(124)を用意し、
前記排水の第2の流れ(126)よりも塩度の低い給水の第2の流れ(130)を前記沈殿ユニット(122)から受け取って前記電気的分離ユニット(112)へと移送するように前記沈殿ユニット(122)及び前記電気的分離ユニット(112)と接続された第6の導管(128)を用意し、
前記沈殿ユニット(122)から水の吐出流れ(134)を放出するように前記沈殿ユニット(122)と接続された第7の導管(132)を用意し、
前記電気的分離ユニット(112)及び前記沈殿ユニット(122)のうち少なくとも1つと連通する薬液注入ユニット(136)を用意する
ことを含んでなる方法。 - 前記膜脱塩ユニット(102)がナノ濾過膜装置又は逆浸透膜装置を含み、前記電気的分離ユニット(112)が逆電気透析脱塩装置又はスーパーキャパシタ脱塩装置を含んでなる、請求項7記載の水処理方法。
- 前記薬液注入ユニット(136)が塩酸又は硫酸を含んでなる、請求項7又は請求項8記載の水処理方法。
- 前記第6の導管(128)と連通する濾過装置(138)を用意することをさらに含む、請求項7乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の方法。
