Description
Claims (31)
- 一軸性複合材料の中に端部連結構造を形成するためのインサートにおいて、該インサートはスリーブを含み、該スリーブは多軸配向とされた複数の繊維を含んでおり、該スリーブはその内周面の少なくとも一部にねじ部が形成されており、該スリーブは径方向に積層された複数層の多軸配向布状繊維体層を含んで成ることを特徴とするインサート。
- 前記スリーブが更に少なくとも1層の螺旋巻回型繊維体層を含んで成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載のインサート。
- 前記少なくとも1層の螺旋巻回型繊維体層が多軸配向布状繊維体層の上に積層されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のインサート。
- 前記ねじ部が前記スリーブに一体形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項記載のインサート。
- 前記少なくとも1層の螺旋巻回型繊維体層の繊維が前記ねじ部のねじ山により規定される経路に実質的に沿って延在していることを特徴とする請求項4記載のインサート。
- 前記ねじ部がねじ切り加工により形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項記載のインサート。
- ねじ溝付きマンドレル上に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項記載のインサート。
- 前記ねじ部の中に配設された螺旋ねじ溝型インサート部材を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1項記載のインサート。
- 前記螺旋ねじ溝型インサート部材は雄ねじ部と雌ねじ部とを含む連続型スリーブ部材であることを特徴とする請求項8記載のインサート。
- 前記螺旋ねじ溝型インサート部材は前記雄ねじ部のねじ溝の谷底と前記雌ねじ部のねじ溝の谷底との間の壁厚が5mm未満であることを特徴とする請求項9記載のインサート。
- 一軸性複合材料の中に埋入された少なくとも1個のインサートを備えた端部連結構造において、前記インサートはスリーブを含み、該スリーブは多軸配向とされた複数の繊維を含んでおり、該スリーブはその内周面の少なくとも一部にねじ部を含むことを特徴とする端部連結構造。
- 一軸性複合材料の中に埋入された複数個のインサートを含むことを特徴とする請求項11記載の端部連結構造。
- 複数個のインサートを備えた風車翼において、それら複数個のインサートは該風車翼の翼根部の中に埋入されており、前記インサートはスリーブを含み、該スリーブは多軸配向とされた複数の繊維を含んでおり、該スリーブはその内周面の少なくとも一部にねじ部を含むことを特徴とする風車翼。
- 一軸性複合材料の中に端部連結構造を形成する方法において、
多軸配向とされた複数の繊維を含んでいるスリーブを用意し、
前記スリーブの内周面の少なくとも一部にねじ部を設け、
前記スリーブを前記一軸性複合材料の中に配置して固定する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記スリーブを用意する際に、マンドレル上に前記スリーブを製造することを特徴とする請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記スリーブを製造する際に、前記マンドレル上に少なくとも1層の多軸配向布状繊維体層を配設することを特徴とする請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記スリーブを製造する際に、前記マンドレル上に複数層の多軸配向布状繊維体層を径方向に積層して配設することを特徴とする請求項16記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1層の前記多軸配向布状繊維体層の上に少なくとも1層の巻回型繊維体層を螺旋状に巻回することを更に含む請求項16又は17記載の方法。
- 各々の前記多軸配向布状繊維体層の上に夫々に巻回型繊維体層を螺旋状に巻回することを特徴とする請求項18記載の方法。
- 前記マンドレルはねじ溝付きマンドレルであり、各々の前記螺旋巻回型繊維体層の繊維が前記スリーブの内周面の前記ねじ部のねじ山により規定される経路に実質的に沿って延在するようにすることを特徴とする請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記スリーブはフィラメント巻回型繊維複合体チューブであることを特徴とする請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記ねじ部を設ける際に、ねじ切り加工を施すことを特徴とする請求項14乃至19又は21の何れか1項記載の方法。
