前記能動フィルタ/増幅器装置の出力信号を受信するように接続された受動フィルタリング装置を備えた送信機回路において、
前記送信機回路はさらに、前記受動フィルタリング装置を前記能動フィルタ/増幅器装置の前記入力信号に接続する少なくとも1つのフィードバックループを備え、
前記各フィードバックループは、フィードバックループ抵抗素子を含み、
前記受動フィルタリング装置は、少なくとも1つのスイッチ可能な抵抗素子を備え、前記フィードバックループは、前記受動フィルタリング装置からタップされることを特徴とする送信機回路が提供される。
1)RPスイッチの抵抗における非線形性はいま、能動フィルタに基づいたフィードバックのオープンループ利得で除算されて出力歪みに対するそれらの寄与を無視できるようにする。
2)理想的に、大きいRP値を必要とするであろうトレードオフを可能にする任意のRP値を選択することができる。すなわち、たとえば30MHzと48MHzなど非常に近接した受信機オフセットを必要とするとき、受信機オフセットは、当該RPができる限り小さくなるように設定され、すなわち、広いチャンネル帯域幅及び高い無線周波数(RF)となるように設定される。実際、当該RP値は、当該システムの複雑度を最小化するために、予め決定された組み合わせの数に制限される。
3)帯域外ノイズを、効果的かつ効率的に各帯域/帯域幅設定においてろ波することができるので、電力消費量のみならず能動フィルタの演算増幅器のノイズに関する仕様もまた緩和することができる。
Claims (6)
- 入力信号(360,362,364)を受信するように接続された能動フィルタ/増幅器装置(310;410,415;520)と、
前記能動フィルタ/増幅器装置(310;410,415;520)の出力信号を受信するように接続された受動フィルタリング装置(320;430,435;530)と、
前記受動フィルタリング装置(320;430,435;530)を前記能動フィルタ/増幅器装置(310;410,415;520)の前記入力信号(360,362,364)に接続する少なくとも1つのフィードバックループ(340,350;460,465,480,485;570,575,580,585,590,595)とを備えた送信機回路(300;400;500)において、
前記各フィードバックループ(340,350;460,465,480,485;570,575,580,585,590,595)は、フィードバックループ抵抗素子(345,355;470,475,490,495;571,576,581,586,591,596)を含み、
前記受動フィルタリング装置(320;430,435;530)は、少なくとも2つのスイッチ可能な抵抗素子(322,324;532,534,536,538,540,542,544,546,548,550,552,554,556,558,560,562,564,566)を備え、前記フィードバックループ(340,350;460,465,480,485;570,575,580,585,590,595)は、前記受動フィルタリング装置(320;430,435;530)からタップされており、
前記受動フィルタリング装置(320;430,435;530)における前記抵抗素子(322,324;532,534,536,538,540,542,544,546,548,550,552,554,556,558,560,562,564,566)は、前記抵抗素子(322,324;532,534,536,538,540,542,544,546,548,550,552,554,556,558,560,562,564,566)間に接続されたキャパシタンス素子(326;568)を用いて受動ポール装置を形成することを特徴とする送信機回路(300;400;500)。 - 前記受動フィルタリング装置(530)は、スイッチ可能な抵抗素子(532,534,536,538,540,542,544,546,548,550,552,554,556,558,560,562,564,566)のアレイを備え、前記キャパシタンス素子(568)は、前記アレイにおけるすべてのスイッチ可能な抵抗素子(532,534,536,538,540,542,544,546,548,550,552,554,556,558,560,562,564,566)と接続されて、能動抵抗素子を用いて前記受動ポール装置を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の送信機回路。
- 前記各フィードバックループ抵抗素子(345,355;470,475,490,495;571,576,581,586,591,596)は、スイッチ可能な抵抗素子を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の送信機回路。
- 前記各スイッチ可能な抵抗素子(345,355;470,475,490,495;532,534,536,538,540,542,544,546,548,550,552,554,556,558,560,562,564,566,571,576,581,586,591,596)は、スイッチ素子(534,540,548,552,558,566,574,579,584,589,594,599)及び少なくとも1つの抵抗素子(532,536,538,542,544,546,550,554,556,560,562,564,574,579,584,589,594,599)を備えることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の送信機回路。
- 前記送信機回路は、送受信機回路の一部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から4のうちのいずれか1つ記載の送信機回路。
- 集積回路は、請求項5記載の送受信機を含むことを特徴とする集積回路。
