Claims (3)
- 被処理物を収容する容器を備え、該容器は、公転及び自転の両方ができるように構成された攪拌脱泡装置であって、
容器の公転及び自転の少なくとも一方を開始して所定速度まで加速する加速制御手段と、容器の公転及び自転の少なくとも一方を減速して停止させる停止制御手段とを備え、
前記加速制御手段による加速制御の後、前記停止制御手段による停止制御が開始する前に、前記公転及び自転の少なくとも一方の速度を変更する速度変更制御手段を備えた攪拌脱泡装置において、
前記速度変更制御手段は、前記公転及び前記自転の両方の速度を、所定の速度範囲内で時間経過に伴って正弦波状に変化させる手段であり、
前記速度変更制御手段による公転速度の波形の位相と自転速度の波形の位相とを異ならせたことを特徴とする攪拌脱泡装置。 - 前記所定速度まで加速する加速制御手段による自転の加速度が、公転の加速度よりも大きく設定していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の攪拌脱泡装置。
- 前記減速して停止させる停止制御手段による自転の減速度が、公転の減速度よりも大きく設定していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の攪拌脱泡装置。
