Claims (8)
- 内部に極鉄心(3)が固定配置され且つ接極子(4)が軸線方向に変位可能に配置されている弁スリーブ(2)を備え、前記接極子(4)が少なくとも1つの縦溝(18)をその外側面(17)に有し、前記接極子(4)と前記極鉄心(3)との間に座金(19)が緊張状態でまたは緊張可能に保持されているソレノイド弁(1)において、
前記接極子の前記極鉄心(3)側の端面(13)が凸状に形成され、前記極鉄心(3)の前記接極子(4)側の端面(14)が凹状に形成されており、
前記座金(19)が少なくとも1つの半径方向繰り抜き部(20)をその外周に有しており、
前記接極子(4)の端面に平らな載置面を有していることを特徴とするソレノイド弁。 - 前記座金(19)がリング状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のソレノイド弁。
- 前記座金(19)がその外周にわたって配置される多数の繰り抜き部を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のソレノイド弁。
- 前記座金(19)がその外周にわたって均等に配分して配置される多数の繰り抜き部を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のソレノイド弁。
- 前記極鉄心(3)の前記端面(13)が前記接極子(4)用の軸線方向係止部(11)として少なくとも1つの軸線方向突出部を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載のソレノイド弁。
- 前記軸線方向突出部が中央に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のソレノイド弁。
- 前記軸線方向突出部が前記リング状の座金(19)の内径よりも小さな外径を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載のソレノイド弁。
- ブレーキシステムの液圧媒体の圧力および/または体積流を制御および/または調整するための少なくとも1つのソレノイド弁を備えたブレーキシステムにおいて、前記ソレノイド弁(1)が請求項1から7のいずれか一つに従って構成されていることを特徴とするブレーキシステム。
