Description
電機子コイル20は、一定の間隔で折って「馬蹄型」または「コ」の字形に回転子60を囲む構造になって分割型電機子30になるようコイル枠70に設置され、
回転軸61と結合した回転子60を分割されたコイル枠70の内側に挿入し、回転子60と結合されたコイル枠70を電動機枠40と結合し、電動機枠40は回転軸61の両方で挿入する形状として、電機子30の凹凸の形状に沿って密着して挿入されるようにコイル20部分が挿入されるコイル溝141とコイル20の空間部分を埋める形状の第1突出部142と、コイル20の形態によって生ずる深い溝を埋める形状の第2突出部143を備えるるように形成する。
Claims (12)
- 内部に空間部を有し、左右に分かれた一対のコイル枠;
上記コイル枠の内部に挿入され、回転軸が備えられた回転子;及び
上記回転子を囲む形状を有し、上記コイル枠の外周部に設置される多数の電機子コイル;を含み、
上記それぞれの電機子コイルは、中空状で形成されて中央か一側を基準に折曲形成することにより、「馬蹄」形や「コ」の字形に形成され、
上記電機子コイルは、回転子の外周部と両側部を3面方向で取り囲む形状を有し、
上記一対のコイル枠の外周部には、多数のコイル枠隔壁が形成され、
上記電機子コイルは、上記コイル枠隔壁に支持されて設置されることを特徴とする電動機。 - 上記回転子を構成する永久磁石の方向は、N極とS極の配置方向が回転子の回転方向に沿って配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 上記永久磁石が多数個配列される場合に、その配列は、隣近永久磁石の極配置に互いに反発する極の位置に配列されるようにすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動機。
- 上記コイル枠は、上部及び下部の2つのコイル枠に区分され、
上部及び下部のコイル枠は、それぞれ半円形の2つのコイル枠を向い合わせに組立ててなされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動機。 - 上記電機子コイルが設置されたコイル枠を内部に挿入する電機子をさらに含み、
上記電機子は、電機子電線が備えられた電機子枠;上記電機子枠の前面と背面にそれぞれ結合される電機子カバー;及び上記電機子枠の内部壁に突出形成される枠支持部;を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動機。 - 上記電機子を囲む電動機枠をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電動機。
- 上記電動機枠は、左右両方に分割した円形の筒形状で構成され、上記電機子を内部に挿入した後に組立てることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電動機。
- 上記電動機枠は、上記電機子が挿入されることができるように電機子に対応する形状を有し、その内部にコイル溝、第1突出部及び第2突出部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電動機。
- 上記電動機枠は、多数の鉄心板を積層して形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電動機。
- 上記電機子コイルは、中空の状態でコイル間隔が円周部側へいくほど離れて間隔が広がった形態に形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 上記コイル枠隔壁は、一側または両側に支持突起が形成され、その外面には支持溝が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 上記枠支持部を上記コイル枠のコイル枠隔壁に挿入して固定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電動機。
