Claims (9)
- 差動信号伝送用ケーブルの信号線導体が接続される信号線パッドと、前記差動信号伝送用ケーブルのシールド導体が接続されるグランドパッドと、を有する基板と、
前記信号線導体を前記信号線パッドに押し付ける押さえ部材と、
弾性絶縁シートと、前記弾性絶縁シートの片面に設けられた金属箔と、からなり、前記金属箔を前記シールド導体と前記グランドパッドとに接触させることで、前記シールド導体と前記グランドパッドとを間接的に接続するシールド導体保持シートと、
前記シールド導体保持シートを固定するクリップと、
を備え、
前記基板の縁部には、前記差動信号伝送用ケーブルの端末部が配置される切り欠き部が形成され、
前記信号線パッドは、前記切り欠き部に前記差動信号伝送用ケーブルの端末部を配置したときに、前記信号線導体と同一線上となる位置に形成され、
前記グランドパッドは、前記基板の両面であって前記切り欠き部の両側に形成され、
前記シールド導体は、前記シールド導体を前記基板の両面側から挟み込む1対の前記シールド導体保持シートによって前記基板の両面に形成された前記グランドパッドのそれぞれに接続されることを特徴とする差動信号伝送用ケーブルの特性評価機構。 - 前記基板は、周波数1MHzにおける比誘電率が3.8以下の材料からなる請求項1に記載の差動信号伝送用ケーブルの特性評価機構。
- 前記基板には、前記基板を計測器に接続するコネクタが取り付けられる請求項1又は2に記載の差動信号伝送用ケーブルの特性評価機構。
- 前記グランドパッドの表面には、導電性ペーストが設けられる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の差動信号伝送用ケーブルの特性評価機構。
- 前記押さえ部材は、比誘電率が低い透明な材料からなる請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の差動信号伝送用ケーブルの特性評価機構。
- 前記押さえ部材は、誘電正接が低い材料からなる請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の差動信号伝送用ケーブルの特性評価機構。
- 前記弾性絶縁シートは、シリコーンシートからなり、
前記弾性絶縁シートと前記金属箔は、シリコーン系接着剤によって接着される請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の差動信号伝送用ケーブルの特性評価機構。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の差動信号伝送用ケーブルの特性評価機構を用いて差動信号伝送用ケーブルの特性を評価することを特徴とする差動信号伝送用ケーブルの特性評価方法。
- コモンモードのTDRインピーダンスが40Ω〜50Ωとなるように設計された差動信号伝送用ケーブルの特性を評価する請求項8に記載の差動信号伝送用ケーブルの特性評価方法。
