Claims (20)
- 着色剤と、
超臨界流体に溶解、懸濁または吸収された前記着色剤を有する希ガスからなる超臨界流体と、
超臨界流体内に含まれる製造品と
を含む、複合物。 - 前記着色剤が、
色素
有機色素、
無機色素、
顔料、または
染料
の1つである、請求項1に記載の複合物。 - 揮発性有機化合物を含まない、請求項1に記載の複合物。
- 前記着色剤が、超臨界流体状態の前記希ガスと接触している製造品を着色するのに十分な量で存在する、請求項1に記載の複合物。
- 前記製造品が、織物、ポリマー、プラスチック、木材、セラミック、ガラス、金属もしくは合金、またはその組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の複合物。
- 希ガスと、
超臨界状態にある場合、前記希ガスに混和することができる着色剤と、
前記希ガスを超臨界流体に変換し、製造品を受容し、超臨界希ガスに溶解、懸濁または吸収された前記着色剤を有する超臨界流体状態の前記希ガスで着色するように構成された1つまたは複数の容器と
前記1つまたは複数の容器に流体接続しており、前記希ガスを除圧して、前記希ガスを前記着色剤および/または着色剤副産物から分離するように構成されており、気体出口および固体/液体出口を含む、分離容器と
を含む、着色システム。 - 超臨界流体、気体または液体状態の前記希ガスを保存するように構成された希ガス保存容器をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の着色システム。
- 超臨界流体状態または気体状態の前記希ガスを受容し、希ガス保存容器に保存するために前記希ガスの温度を液体状態になるまで低減するように構成された冷却ユニットをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の着色システム。
- 様々な希ガス、二酸化炭素、空気、酸素、窒素、水、アルコール、アルデヒド、アミン、炭化水素、芳香族炭化水素、フェノール、漂白剤またはその組合せから選択される、超臨界希ガスに溶解、懸濁または吸収された追加の物質をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の着色システム。
- 前記追加の物質は、
前記アルコールが、メタノール、エタノール、ブタノール、プロパノールおよびヘキサノールからなる群から選択される;
前記ケトンが、アセトン、アセチルケトンおよびヘキサノンからなる群から選択される;
前記アルデヒドが、ホルムアルデヒドおよびアセトアルデヒドからなる群から選択される;
前記炭化水素が、メタン、エタン、プロパン、ブタン、エチレンおよびプロピレンからなる群から選択される;又は、
前記ハロゲン化炭化水素が、ヨードエタン、塩化メチレンおよびクロロホルムからなる群から選択される;ものである、請求項9に記載の着色システム。 - 希ガスを、超臨界流体状態に変換することと、
着色剤を、着色容器内で、超臨界流体状態の前記希ガスと組み合わせることと、
製造品を、超臨界希ガスに溶解、懸濁または吸収された前記着色剤を有する超臨界流体状態の前記希ガスで着色することと
前記超臨界希ガスを、気体状態になるまで除圧することと、
前記希ガスを、分離容器内で、前記着色剤および/または着色剤副産物から分離することと
を含む、着色法。 - 追加の物質を、前記希ガスと組み合わせることをさらに含み、前記追加の物質が、様々な希ガス、二酸化炭素、空気、酸素、窒素、水、アルコール、アルデヒド、アミン、炭化水素、芳香族炭化水素、フェノール、漂白剤またはその組合せから選択される、請求項11に記載の着色法。
- 前記追加の物質は、
前記アルコールが、メタノール、エタノール、ブタノール、プロパノールおよびヘキサノールからなる群から選択される;
前記ケトンが、アセトン、アセチルケトンおよびヘキサノンからなる群から選択される;
前記アルデヒドが、ホルムアルデヒドおよびアセトアルデヒドからなる群から選択される;
前記炭化水素が、メタン、エタン、プロパン、ブタン、エチレンおよびプロピレンからなる群から選択される;又は、
前記ハロゲン化炭化水素が、ヨードエタン、塩化メチレンおよびクロロホルムからなる群から選択される;ものである、
請求項12に記載の着色法。 - 前記着色することが、前記製造品の存在下で気泡を発生することを含む、請求項11に記載の着色法。
- 前記着色することが、前記製造品を撹拌することを含む、請求項11に記載の着色法。
- 前記撹拌が、機械的撹拌から得られる、請求項15に記載の着色法。
- 前記撹拌が、気泡の発生から得られる、請求項15に記載の着色法。
- 前記希ガスを、前記着色剤または着色剤副産物から分離した後、気体状態から液体状態になるまで冷却することをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の着色法。
- 超臨界流体状態の前記希ガスを、前記着色剤および製造品が予め導入されている着色容器に導入することと、
をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の着色法。 - 超臨界流体、気体または液体状態の前記希ガスを、前記着色剤および/または着色剤副産物から分離した後、保存することをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の着色法。
