Description
そのため、基材よりもイオン化傾向の大きい溶射被膜が犠牲となって溶解することができず、金属溶射本来の目的、即ち基材の代わりに溶射被膜が犠牲となることにより該基材の防錆を図る目的を達成できないおそれを有している。

アルキルアルコキシシラン(液体)・・・・・・・・・・・200g

ポリイソシアネート(液体)・・・・・・・・・・・・・・500g
アルキルアルコキシシラン(液体)・・・・・・・・・・・500g
Claims (2)
- 金属から成る基材の表面に該基材の金属よりもイオン化傾向の大きい金属を溶射する金属溶射方法であって、基材の表面に金属溶射を行い、該溶射により形成された溶射被膜に液体のアルキルアルコキシシラン及び液体のポリイソシアネートから成り25℃における粘度が50〜500mPa・sの無溶剤型の塗料を含浸し硬化させることにより、上記溶射被膜における封孔処理及び同溶射被膜の基材表面に対する付着強度の増強を図ることを特徴とする金属溶射方法。
- 上記塗料を構成する上記アルキルアルコキシシランと上記ポリイソシアネートとの重量比は10〜90:90〜10であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の金属溶射方法。
