Description
表1の化合物3 52.4グラムを、表2の化合物6 22.5グラムと合わせ、140℃で1時間撹拌した。このようなインク基材中に残った微粒子を5μmのふるいで濾過し、透明な暗コハク色溶液を作成した。この溶液に、2.3gのOrasol Blue GNを加え、この完全なインクを140℃でさらに1時間撹拌した。このインクは、5μmのふるいで簡単に濾過された。

Claims (6)
- 最終的な画像を受け入れる基材の上に、少なくとも1種類の相分離インクを画像になる様式で配置し、インク画像を作成し、この配置することが、少なくとも1種類の相分離インクが溶融した、分離していない状態である第1の温度で行われることと;
このインク画像を、少なくとも1種類の相分離インクの少なくとも1種類の要素の結晶化を開始させるのに十分な第2の温度まで冷却し、この第2の温度で、少なくとも1種類の相分離インクが、結晶相とアモルファス相とを含み;
最終的な画像を受け入れる基材の上でインク画像に圧力をかけることと;
インクを完全に結晶化させることとを含み、
前記少なくとも1種類の相分離インクは、下式の化合物から選択される少なくとも1種類の結晶成分を含み、
- 前記配置することが、2種類以上の異なる色をもつ2種類以上の相分離インクを配置することを含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記最終的な画像を受け入れる基材の温度を制御し、前記少なくとも1種類の相分離インクの結晶化速度を制御することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- インクを配置する領域で、最終的な画像を受け入れる基材の温度を制御し、インクを配置する領域で、最終的な画像を受け入れる基材の温度を、前記少なくとも1種類の相分離インクの結晶化温度よりも高い温度に維持することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記少なくとも1種類の相分離インクを、前記第1の温度よりも高い第3の温度で配置することをさらに含み、第3の温度が60℃〜180℃である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- (1)インクジェット印刷装置に、少なくとも1種類の相分離インクを組み込むことと;
(2)少なくとも1種類の相分離インクを、少なくとも1種類の相分離インクが溶融した、分離していない状態である第1の温度まで加熱することと;
(3)少なくとも1種類の相分離インクの液滴を、画像を受け入れる基材の上に画像の模様になるように放出し、この画像を受け入れる基材が、中間転写体であるか、または最終的な画像を受け入れる基材であることと;
(4)インク画像を、少なくとも1種類の相分離インクの少なくとも1種類の要素の結晶化を開始させるのに十分な第2の温度まで冷却し、少なくとも1種類の相分離インクが、結晶相とアモルファス相とを含むことと;
(5)場合により、インク画像を中間転写体から最終的な画像を受け入れる基材に転写し、少なくとも1種類の相分離インクのアモルファス相が、最終的な画像を受け入れる基材にかなりの量浸透し、少なくとも1種類の相分離インクの結晶相が、かなりの量が最終的な画像を受け入れる基材の表面にとどまっていることと;
(6)最終的な画像を受け入れる基材の上でインク画像に圧力をかけることと;
(7)インクを完全に結晶化させることとを含み、
前記少なくとも1種類の相分離インクは、下式の化合物から選択される少なくとも1種類の結晶成分を含み、
