Description
Claims (6)
- アルミニウムフェルール(2)を固定用の高強度の鋼線(6)の輪(5)に配置する方法であって、
前記フェルール(2)は前記輪(5)を確実に固定するために加圧され、前記鋼線(6)のサイズに応じて、最小破壊荷重の限度内で、前記輪(5)の径をある規格内に保つようにされ、
スチールで形成され、その内側の形状が前記フェルール(2)の内側に合致する形状を有し、前記フェルール(2)の断面よりも小さな断面を有するリング(1)を、前記フェルール(2)がフェルール加圧治具によりスチールリング(1)とともに加圧されて、前記規格内のサイズで、より安定な輪を得る前に、前記輪(5)に最も近接して配置することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記フェルール(2)とスチールリング(1)の加圧は、同時に行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧は、単一の工程でなされることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧の間、前記アルミニウムフェルール(2)の浮き上がりが、前記スチールリング(1)の加圧が開始される前に始まり、加圧の間、前記加圧治具が前記スチールリングに到達するまで、前記アルミニウムフェルールは前記スチールリングを前記輪の方向に押していることにより、前記加圧治具は、前記フェルール(2)と高強度の鋼線(6)の両方に一致するようにスチールリング(1)を加圧することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 高強度の鋼線(6)の輪(5)にアルミニウムフェルール(2)を適用し、前記鋼線(6)のサイズに応じた規格に従って、前記フェルールに限界最小破壊荷重値の負荷を与えて加圧した後、最終の前記フェルールの径が所定値以下を保つようにされた構成であって、
アルミニウムで作られた加圧前のフェルールよりも小さな断面を有するスチールリング(1)であって、前記スチールリング(1)は、前記輪(5)に最も近接した前記最終のフェルール(2)の前記輪側の端部に固定され、前記フェルール(2)は前記輪(5)から前記スチールリング(1)の長さに等しい距離に置かれることを特徴とする構成。 - 前記輪(5)とアルミニウムフェルール(2)との間に嵌められたスチールリング(1)は、高強度の鋼線(6)と前記最終のフェルール(2)の両方に接触する形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の構成。
