Claims (22)
- 眼の後房内に移植されるように大きさが定められて形成された第1レンズであって、第1光軸を有する正のパワーの光学部を有する第1レンズと、
前記眼の後房内に移植されるように大きさが定められて形成され、且つ前記第1レンズと係合するように構成された第2レンズであって、前面と反対側の後面とを有し、該第2レンズの中心部が第2光軸を有する負の表面パワーの光学部を画成し、前記前面の周辺部が第1の正の表面パワーの光学部を画成する、第2レンズと
を具備する眼内レンズシステムであって、
前記第1レンズと前記第2レンズとが係合されると、前記第1光軸と前記第2光軸とは、固定された距離で離間され、且つ、互いに対して横方向及び/又は角度方向にオフセットする、眼内レンズシステム。 - 前記負の表面パワーの光学部を画成する前記第2レンズの中心部が前記前面の一部を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記負の表面パワーの光学部を画成する前記第2レンズの中心部が前記後面の一部を含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記後面の中心部が第2の正の表面パワーの光学部を有し、前記後面の周辺部が第3の正の表面パワーの光学部を有する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2レンズの前面の周辺部の第1の正の表面パワーの光学部と、前記第2レンズの後面の周辺部の第3の正の表面パワーの光学部とが、6ジオプター〜34ジオプターの間のパワー範囲を有する単焦点の光学部を形成する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1レンズの正のパワーの光学部が第1の直径を有し、前記第2レンズは、前記第1レンズの正のパワーの光学部の周りを通る光が、前記第1レンズと前記第2レンズとが係合されると、該第2レンズの前面の周辺部及び該第2レンズの後面の周辺部によって形成された前記単焦点の光学部を通るように、前記第1の直径よりも大きな第2の直径を有する、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1レンズの正のパワーの光学部と前記第2レンズの後面の負の表面パワーの光学部とが1.5X〜4.0Xの間の角倍率を提供する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1レンズの正のパワーの光学部と前記第2レンズの後面の負の表面パワーの光学部とが、前記第2レンズ内において、略平行にされた光ビームを生成し、該光ビームが、第2の正の表面パワーの光学部を有する前記第2レンズの後面の中心部の上に投射される、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1レンズが第1支持部システムを含み、前記第2レンズが第2支持部システムを含み、前記第1支持部システム及び第2支持部システムが、前記第1光軸と前記第2光軸との間に前記オフセットを生成するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1レンズ及び第2レンズが水晶体嚢内に移植されるように構成され、少なくとも前記第1支持部システム及び第2支持部システムは、前記水晶体嚢が前記第1支持部システム及び第2支持部システムの周りに収縮包囲された後に前記第1レンズの少なくとも一部が嚢切開を通って突出するように構成される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1支持部システム及び第2支持部システムは、前記第1レンズの正のパワーの光学部が、前記第1レンズと前記第2レンズとが係合されると、2.0mm〜4.0mmの間の距離だけ前記第2レンズの前面の中心部から離間されるように構成される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1レンズ及び第2レンズが、4.0mmよりも短い長さの切開創を通した移植を容易にするように折り畳み可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1レンズ及び第2レンズが、カートリッジシステムを使用して挿入されるように構成される、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記負の表面パワーの光学部を画成する前記第2レンズの中心部が前記後面の一部を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1光軸と前記第2光軸とが、互いに対して略平行に延在するが、0.05mm〜0.75mmの間の距離だけオフセットしている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1光軸と前記第2光軸とが1°〜15°の間の斜角だけオフセットしている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 眼の後房内に移植されるように大きさが定められて形成された前方レンズであって、前記眼の角膜と組み合わされて3.0mm〜5.0mmの間の背面焦点距離を提供するように、第1光軸を有する正のパワーの光学部を画成する前方レンズと、
後方レンズであって、該後方レンズから前記前方レンズの位置において前記眼の後房内に移植されるように大きさが定められて形成され、前面と反対側の後面とを有し、前記前面の中心部が第2光軸を有する負のパワーの光学部表面を画成し、前記前面の周辺部が第1の正のパワーの光学部表面を画成し、前記後面の中心部が第2の正のパワーの光学部表面を画成し、前記後面の周辺部が第3の正のパワーの光学部表面を画成し、前記前面の周辺部の第1の正のパワーの光学部表面と前記後面の周辺部の第3の正のパワーの光学部表面とが、6ジオプター〜34ジオプターの間のパワー範囲を有する単焦点の光学部を形成する、後方レンズと
を具備する機器であって、
前記前方レンズ及び後方レンズが支持部を含み、該支持部は、前記前方レンズ及び後方レンズが眼の後房内に移植されると、固定された距離だけ前記前方レンズと前記後方レンズとを離間させ、且つ、0.05mm〜0.75mmの間だけ前記第2光軸に対して前記第1光軸を横方向にオフセットさせるように構成される、機器。 - 前記前方レンズ及び後方レンズが水晶体嚢内に移植されるように構成される、請求項17に記載の機器。
- 前記前方レンズ及び前記後方レンズの支持部は、前記前方レンズの少なくとも一部が、前記水晶体嚢が前記前方レンズ及び後方レンズの周りに収縮包囲された後、嚢切開を通って突出するように構成される、請求項18に記載の機器。
- 前記前方レンズ及び後方レンズの支持部は、前記前方レンズが、前記前方レンズ及び後方レンズが前記眼の後房内に移植されると、2.0mm〜4.0mmの間の距離だけ前記後方レンズから離間されるように構成される、請求項17に記載の機器。
- 前記前方レンズ及び後方レンズが、4.0mmよりも短い長さの切開創を通した移植を容易にするように折り畳み可能である、請求項20に記載の機器。
- 前記第2の正のパワーの光学部表面と前記第3の正のパワーの光学部表面とが正のパワーの単一の光学部表面の表面部分である、請求項17に記載の機器。
