Description
Claims (6)
- クロマトグラフィーカラム(1、1’、41)の保守を行う方法であって、
a)保守が必要とされるとき、前記クロマトグラフィーカラムの底板(5、53)と、前記クロマトグラフィーカラムが設けられるスタンド(3、43)との間の着脱可能な継手(7、7’、63)を取り外し、
b)クロマトグラフィーシステムに設けられたアダプタ(15、15’、59)を、前記アダプタ(15、15’、59)により前記底板(5、53)を前記スタンド(3、43)から持ち上げられるようにする前記クロマトグラフィーカラム(1、1’、41)の任意の部分に取り付け、
c)前記底板(5、53)の下で保守を行うことができるように前記アダプタ(15、15’、59)とそれによってさらに前記底板(5、53)とを引き上げる
段階を含む方法。 - 段階a)の前に、
・前記クロマトグラフィーカラム(41)のカラム管(45)を前記クロマトグラフィーカラムの蓋(51)及び前記底板(53)から解放し、
・前記カラム管(45)を前記蓋(51)及び前記底板(53)から外に回転させる
段階をさらに含み、
段階b)が、
・前記アダプタ(59)を前記底板(53)に取り付ける
段階をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - d)引き上げた位置で前記アダプタ(15、59)及び前記底板(5、53)をロックする
段階をさらに含む、請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。 - クロマトグラフィーカラム(1、1’、41)と、前記クロマトグラフィーカラムが設けられるスタンド(3、43)とを含むクロマトグラフィーシステムであって、前記クロマトグラフィーカラムの底板(5、53)が着脱可能な継手(7、7’、63)によって前記スタンド(3、43)に着脱可能に取り付けられ、前記クロマトグラフィーカラムの保守の間、前記クロマトグラフィーシステムのアダプタ(15、15’、59)を、前記底板が前記スタンドから解放されるとき前記アダプタ(15、15’、59)を持ち上げることによって前記底板(5、53)を前記スタンド(3、43)から同様に持ち上げることができるようにする前記クロマトグラフィーカラム(1、1’、41)の任意の部分にロックすることができるロック手段(16、16’、61)が設けられることを特徴とするクロマトグラフィーシステム。
- 前記クロマトグラフィーカラム(41)のカラム管(45)が、保守の間、前記クロマトグラフィーカラム(41)の蓋(51)及び前記底板(53)から外に回転されるように構成され、前記ロック手段(61)が前記アダプタ(59)を前記底板(53)にロックするように構成される、請求項4記載のクロマトグラフィーシステム。
- 引き上げた位置で前記アダプタ(15、59)及び前記底板(5、53)をロックするように構成されたロックスプリント(22、65)をさらに備える、請求項4又は請求項5記載のクロマトグラフィーシステム。
