Claims (4)
- 直径が200mm以下、板厚が15mm以下の小口径配管の溶接部近傍を加熱した後、配管内面を冷却する熱処理方法において、
予め求めた、配管径と配管肉厚ごとの温度測定位置の外面の温度低下速度と内外温度差の関係から定まる、所定の内外温度差となる配管肉厚と外面の温度低下速度の関係に基づいて、施工時に測定した施工部の配管外面における温度低下速度と当該速度測定位置の測定した配管肉厚から、施工の適否を判定することを特徴とする熱処理方法。 - 請求項1において、溶接中心から15〜50mm離れた位置で外面の温度低下速度を測定することを特徴とする熱処理方法。
- 請求項1において、前記温度低下速度の測定は配管外面のみの温度低下速度であることを特徴とする熱処理方法。
- 直径が200mm以下、板厚が15mm以下の小口径配管の溶接部近傍を加熱した後、配管内面を冷却する熱処理方法において、
前記施工時に測定した施工部の配管外面における温度低下速度と当該速度測定位置の測定した配管肉厚から、予め求めた、目標とする最大内外温度差を一定とした場合の配管肉厚と最大外表面温度低下速度との関係に基づいて、施工の適否を判定することを特徴とする熱処理方法。
