Claims (13)
- 薬物送達医療機器であって、
バルーンカテーテル、および
前記バルーンカテーテルに取り付けられたインフレータブルバルーンを含み、
前記インフレータブルバルーンは親水性表面を有し、前記親水性表面の少なくとも1部分は複数のナノキャリアで被覆されており、複数の前記ナノキャリアのそれぞれは封入剤によって取り囲まれた薬物を含み、前記ナノキャリアの表面には薬物が存在せず、前記インフレータブルバルーンが身体内腔における標的部位に近接して膨張すると、複数の前記ナノキャリアの30%〜80%が15−90秒以内に前記親水性表面から放出され、
複数の前記ナノキャリアは、ナノキャリアの第1セット、ナノキャリアの第2セット、およびナノキャリアの第3セットを含み、前記ナノキャリアの第1セットは、内膜層に存在する細胞間の孔を介した前記内膜層への浸透に適した800nm〜1500nmの範囲の第1平均直径を有し、前記ナノキャリアの第2セットは、中膜層と関連する脈管の血管および前記内膜層に存在する細胞間の孔を介した中膜層への浸透に適した300nm〜800nmの範囲の第2平均直径を有し、前記ナノキャリアの第3セットは、前記内膜層に存在する細胞間の孔、前記中膜層と関連する脈管の血管、および外膜層と関連する脈管の血管を介した前記外膜層への浸透に適した10nm〜300nmの範囲の第3平均直径を有し、
前記封入剤は、生物学的薬剤、リン脂質、および血液添加物の中から選択され、
前記ナノキャリアが前記標的部位内に浸透し、前記封入剤が溶解した後、前記薬物が放出されることを特徴とする薬物送達医療機器。 - 請求項1に記載の薬物送達医療機器であって、前記インフレータブルバルーンは遠位端および近位端を有し、前記インフレータブルバルーンの前記遠位端の少なくとも1部分および前記インフレータブルバルーンの前記近位端の少なくとも1部分は、前記複数のナノキャリアで被覆されていない薬物送達医療機器。
- 請求項1に記載の薬物送達医療機器であって、前記生物学的薬剤および前記リン脂質は、前記標的部位に対する親和性、および前記薬物の安定化を含む群より選択される少なくとも1つの効果を有する薬物送達医療機器。
- 請求項1に記載の薬物送達医療機器であって、前記生物学的薬剤は、7.4未満のpHを有する媒体に溶解する薬物送達医療機器。
- 請求項1に記載の薬物送達医療機器であって、前記複数のナノキャリアのうちの少なくとも1つのナノキャリアは、前記生物学的薬剤によって取り囲まれた薬物および少なくとも1つの高分子をさらに含む薬物送達医療機器。
- 請求項5に記載の薬物送達医療機器であって、前記少なくとも1つの高分子は、ポリ(l−ラクチド)、ラセミ体ポリラクチド、ポリ(l−ラクチド−co−グリコリド)、ラセミ体ポリ(l−ラクチド−co−グリコリド)、ポリ(l−ラクチド−co−カプロラクトン ポリ(d、l−ラクチド−co−カプロラクトン)、ポリ(l−ラクチド−co−トリメチレンカーボネイト)、およびポリ(d、l−ラクチド−co−トリメチレンカーボネイト)の少なくとも1つを含む群より選択され、前記少なくとも1つの高分子は、前記薬物および生物学的薬剤の少なくとも1つと共有結合し、前記親水性表面上に分布される前記薬物の濃度は、0.1μg/mm2〜約8.0μg/mm2の範囲である薬物送達医療機器。
- 請求項1に記載の薬物送達医療機器であって、少なくとも1つの前記生物学的薬剤は、薬物キャリア、添加物、血液成分、血液由来の添加物、リン脂質、固体脂質ナノ粒子、類脂質、ビタミン、および糖分子を含む群より選択される薬物送達医療機器。
- 請求項1に記載の薬物送達医療機器であって、前記生物学的薬剤は、ステロイド、ビタミン、エストラジオール、エステル型脂肪酸、非エステル型脂肪酸、グルコース、イノシトール、L−乳酸塩、リポタンパク質、炭水化物、リン酸三カルシウム、沈殿リン酸カルシウム、第三リン酸カルシウム、ヒト、卵子、および大豆の少なくとも1つに由来する物質、Phospholipon(登録商標) 80H、phospholipon(登録商標) 90H、Lipoids S75、Lipoids E80、Intralipid(登録商標) 20、Lipoid EPC、Lipoids E75、卵子から得られる脂質、大豆から得られる脂質、ホスファチジルコリン、ホスファチジルグリセロール、ホスファチジルイノシトール、ホスファチジルセリン、ホスファチジン酸、カルジオリピン、およびホスファチジルエタノールアミンを含む群より選択される薬物送達医療機器。
- 請求項1に記載の薬物送達医療機器であって、前記薬物は、抗増殖剤、抗炎症剤、抗腫瘍剤、抗血液凝固剤、抗フィブリン剤、抗血栓薬、抗有糸分裂薬、抗生物質、抗アレルギー薬、抗酸化剤、少なくとも1つのフラボノイド、エストロゲン、プロテアーゼ阻害剤、抗体、免疫抑制剤、細胞増殖抑制剤、細胞毒性薬、カルシウムチャネル遮断薬、ホスホジエステラーゼ阻害剤、プロスタグランジン阻害剤、栄養補助食品、ビタミン、抗血小板凝集剤、および遺伝子組み換え上皮細胞を含む群より選択され、前記少なくとも1つのフラボノイドは、ナリゲニン、ナリンギン、エリオジクチオール、ヘスペレチン、ヘスペリジン(エスペリジン)、ケンフェロール、ケルセチン、ルチン、シアニドール、メシアドノール(meciadonol)、カテキン、没食子酸エピガロカテキン、タキシフォリン(ジヒドロクエルセチン)、ゲニステイン、ゲニスチン、ダイゼイン、ビオカニン、グリシテイン、クリシン、ジオスミン、ルエトリン(luetolin)、アピゲニン、タンゲリチン、およびノビレチンの少なくとも1つを含む群より選択される薬物送達医療機器。
- 請求項1に記載の薬物送達医療機器であって、前記薬物は、シロリムス、パクリタキセル、タクロリムス、クロベタゾール、デキサメタゾン、ゲニステイン、ヘパリン、β−エストラジオール、ラパマイシン、エベロリムス、エチルラパマイシン、ゾタロリムス、ABT−578、バイオリムスA9、ドセタキセル、メトトレキサート、アザチオプリン、ビンクリスチン、ビンブラスチン、フルオロウラシル、塩酸ドキソルビシン、マイトマイシン、ヘパリンナトリウム、低分子量ヘパリン、ヘパリン類似物質、ヒルジン、アルガトロバン、ホルスコリン、バピプロスト、プロスタサイクリン、プロスタサイクリン類似体、デキストラン、D−phe−pro−arg−クロロメチルケトン、ジピリダモール、糖タンパク質IIb/IIIa、組換体ヒルジン、ビバリルジン、ニフェジピン、コルヒチン、ロバスタチン、ニトロプルシド、スラミン、セロトニン阻害薬、ステロイド、チオールプロテアーゼ阻害剤、トリアゾロピリミジン、一酸化窒素、一酸化窒素供与体、スーパーオキシドジスムターゼ、スーパーオキシドジスムターゼ模倣剤、エストラジオール、アスピリン、アンギオペプチン、カプトプリル、シラザプリル、リシノプリル、ペミロラストカリウム、α−インターフェロン、および生物活性RGDを含む群より選択される薬物送達医療機器。
- 請求項1に記載の薬物送達医療機器であって、前記薬物は、シロリムスおよびパクリタキセルを含む群より選択される薬物送達医療機器。
- 請求項1に記載の薬物送達医療機器であって、前記身体内腔は血管を含み、前記血管は、冠動脈、末梢動脈、頸動脈、腎動脈、腸骨動脈、膝下の動脈、および静脈の1つである薬物送達医療機器。
- 請求項1に記載の薬物送達医療機器であって、前記薬物送達医療機器は、医学的状態を治療するために使用され前記医学的状態は、狭窄、再狭窄、動脈閉塞、動脈内血栓、急性心筋梗塞、および動脈病変を含む群より選択される薬物送達医療機器。
