Description
定着ロールは、プライマーコーティングが透明なプライマー(Dupontから購入した990CL)であった以外は、上記の例で記載したようにして調製した。図6は、生じた定着部材の写真であり、それは表面の欠陥、例えば亀裂を示す。
CNT水性分散体:約1.14グラムのポリアクリル酸を約38.4グラムの脱イオン水中に溶解することにより、界面活性剤溶液を調製した。約0.4グラムのCNTを界面活性剤溶液中に添加して、次に、高出力の超音波処理器を60%出力で用いて約3分間、溶液を超音波処理する。超音波処理は、間に10分の間隔をおいて10回繰り返す。生じる1wt%CNT水性分散体は安定でかつ均質である。
Claims (3)
- 定着部材を作製する方法であって、
基材上に配置されたシリコーン層を得るステップと、
フルオロエラストマーと硬化剤との水性分散体を含むプライマー組成物を前記シリコーン層上にコーティングするステップと、
フルオロプラスチック分散体を含むトップコート組成物を前記プライマー組成物上にコーティングするステップと、
前記プライマー組成物および前記トップコート組成物を加熱して定着部材を形成するステップと、
を含み、
前記プライマー組成物は前記硬化剤としてアミノシランまたはフェノールシランを含む、方法。 - 基材と、
前記基材上に配置されたシリコーン層と、
前記シリコーン層上に配置されたプライマー層であって、アミノシランとフルオロエラストマーとの架橋生成物を含む、プライマー層と、
前記プライマー層上に配置された、フルオロプラスチックを含む外層と、
を含む、定着部材。 - 基材と、
前記基材上に配置されたシリコーン層と、
二重プライマー層であって、前記シリコーン層上に配置された、アミノシランとフルオロエラストマーとの架橋生成物を含む第1プライマー層と、前記第1プライマー層上に配置された、導電性充填剤とフルオロポリマーとを含む第2プライマー層と、を含む、二重プライマー層と、
前記第2プライマー層上に配置された、フルオロプラスチックを含む外層と、
を含む、定着部材。
