X:3-アミノプロピル基、N-β-(アミノエチル)-γ-
アミノプロピル基、N-フェニル-3-アミノプロピル
基、3-メタクリロキシプロピル基、3-グリシドキシ
プロピル基、3-メルカプトプロピル基、ビニル基な

R1 m(R2)n-Si-R3 4-m-n 〔II〕
m,n:0〜4の整数
R1:炭素数10以下のアルキル基
R2:炭素数10以下のアルコキシ基
R3:炭素数10以下のメタクリロキシアルキル基
基材として、内径40mm、肉厚30μm、長さ410mmの環状ニッケルベルト上に、弾性層用シラン系接着剤(東レ・ダウコーニング社製品DY39-042)を塗布し、さらにその上にシリコーンゴム(信越シリコーン社製品X34-2008)をディスペンサを用いて塗布して厚さ100μmのシリコーンゴム層を形成し、シリコーンゴム層を加熱処理によって加硫成形した。

実施例1において、下層エポキシ樹脂含有シラン系プライマー成分中、クレゾールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂量が4.37重量部(55.2重量%)、3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン量が3.3重量部(41.7重量%)、ビニルトリエトキシシラン量が0.25重量部(3.2重量%)、メチルエチルケトン量が4.64重量部にそれぞれ変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、下層エポキシ樹脂含有シラン系プライマー成分中、クレゾールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂量が5.34重量部(66.8重量%)、3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン量が2.5重量部(31.3重量%)、ビニルトリエトキシシラン量が0.15重量部(1.9重量%)、メチルエチルケトン量が5.67重量部にそれぞれ変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、下層エポキシ樹脂含有シラン系プライマー成分中、クレゾールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂量が4.37重量部(53.5重量%)、3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン量が3.3重量部(40.4重量%)、ビニルトリエトキシシラン量が0.5重量部(6.1重量%)、メチルエチルケトン量が4.64重量部にそれぞれ変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、下層エポキシ樹脂含有シラン系プライマー成分中、クレゾールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂量が4.37重量部(40.2重量%)、3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン量が5.5重量部(50.6重量%)、ビニルトリエトキシシラン量が1.0重量部(9.2重量%)、メチルエチルケトン量が4.64重量部にそれぞれ変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、下層エポキシ樹脂含有シラン系プライマー成分中、クレゾールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂量が4.37重量部(57.0重量%)、3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン量が3.3重量部(43.0重量%)、メチルエチルケトン量が4.64重量部にそれぞれ変更されて用いられ、ビニルトリエトキシシランが用いられなかった。
実施例1において、下層エポキシ樹脂含有シラン系プライマー成分中、クレゾールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂量が1.0重量部(20.0重量%)、3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン量が3.5重量部(70.0重量%)、ビニルトリエトキシシラン量が0.5重量部(10.0重量%)、メチルエチルケトン量が1.0重量部にそれぞれ変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、下層エポキシ樹脂含有シラン系プライマー成分中、クレゾールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂量が7.3重量部(81.1重量%)、3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン量が1.4重量部(15.6重量%)、ビニルトリエトキシシラン量が0.3重量部(3.3重量%)、メチルエチルケトン量が7.7重量部にそれぞれ変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、下層エポキシ樹脂含有シラン系プライマー成分中、クレゾールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂量が2.4重量部(18.8重量%)、3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン量が10重量部(78.1重量%)、ビニルトリエトキシシラン量が0.4重量部(3.1重量%)、メチルエチルケトン量が2.6重量部にそれぞれ変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、下層エポキシ樹脂含有シラン系プライマー成分中、クレゾールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂量が4.3重量部(81.1重量%)、3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン量が0.9重量部(17.0重量%)、ビニルトリエトキシシラン量が0.1重量部(1.9重量%)、メチルエチルケトン量が3.7重量部にそれぞれ変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、上層フッ素樹脂系プライマー層のみが設けられ、下層エポキシ樹脂含有シラン系プライマーが設けられなかった。
初期接着性:ISO DIS2411に対応するJIS K6404-5ゴム引布・プラスチック
引布試験方法−第5部接着試験に準じて剥離試験を行い、破
断面を観察して接着性を下記の基準に従い評価
◎:ゴムが破断したもの
○:薄層ゴムが破断したもの
△:部分的に剥がれたもの
×:全面が剥がれたもの
表面粗さ:ISO 3274に対応するJIS B0651-1976準拠、東洋精密製サーフコ
ム1400Aを使ってRaを測定
Raが0.2以下のものを○、Raが0.2以上のものを×として評価
熱間接着性:170℃における接着性を、初期接着性と同様の試験方法を行 い評価
長期加熱試験後の接着性:230℃、1000時間後における接着性を、初期接
着性と同様の試験方法を行い評価
定着性:定着ベルトを用いて定着装置に画像を形成し、定着させた部分を
擦り定着性を下記の基準に従い評価
○:印字画像が良好かつ定着性が良好なもの
×:印字画像不良または定着性不良のもの

Claims (6)
- 基材上に加硫シリコーンゴム層およびフッ素樹脂層を順次形成させたシリコーンゴム-フッ素樹脂積層体において、加硫シリコーンゴム層上にエポキシ樹脂30〜80重量%およびシランカップリング剤70〜20重量%を含有するエポキシ樹脂含有シラン系プライマー層とフッ素樹脂系プライマー層とを順次形成させた後、フッ素樹脂層を形成せしめてなるシリコーンゴム-フッ素樹脂積層体。
- シランカップリング剤が、3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン、ビニルトリエトキシシランまたはこれらの混合物である請求項1記載のシリコーンゴム-フッ素樹脂積層体。
- フッ素樹脂系プライマー層が、フッ素樹脂の水性分散液または有機溶媒分散液であって、その固形分濃度が10〜20重量%の分散液から形成された請求項1記載のシリコーンゴム-フッ素樹脂積層体。
- フッ素樹脂層が、エポキシ樹脂含有シラン系プライマー層およびフッ素樹脂系プライマー層を順次形成させた基材をフッ素樹脂製チューブに挿入した後、260〜350℃に加熱してチューブを収縮させることにより形成されたものである請求項1記載のシリコーンゴム-フッ素樹脂積層体。
- 複写機のトナー定着部材として用いられる請求項1乃至4のいずれかの請求項に記載のシリコーンゴム-フッ素樹脂積層体。
- 請求項5記載のシリコーンゴム-フッ素樹脂積層体よりなる複写機のトナー定着部材。
